When in fact it is from greed and over booking and greed. if a person keeps their apt u der no stretch should they be charged a fee for leaving when you the office is 45 min late to see a patient. this standard of bilking for your time is awesome when reasonable. I spoke to three women. one of which imposters the office manager. She asked me to explain the situation as I was asking to have the charge removed as they are the one that broke the agreement to be seen at a certain time. so I go into personal detail. after 5 minutes of explaining she had the nerve to say I dontnhave the ability to change the charge. if you do not have the ability to change the charge. Why did you have the nerve to bait me into telling you personal details. it wasn't necessary. it was rude and soo u professional for a dr office. I wil be filing a claim with Lara against this office. shame on you shame I. your staff and shame on you thinking you could charge us for you failing to keep your end of the bargain. not gonna happen. Dave had me working out the kinks doing several different exercises that hurt but helped get my flexibility back after 2 weeks of therapy. Dave had me applying heat and ice for the time he was treating me after I had done my exercises. Dave also did traction and tens unit to increase blood flow to the hurt area to increase blood circulation and help heal my injury faster. Everything Dave and his team did got me back to 100% and I couldn't have expected the injury to heal that fast. The facility is well kept and clean and they have a fantastic staff. 9 tables or stations for patients and no waiting. I would drive 60 miles out of my way to see Dave and his staff.
