I saw one review that called these people, unprofessional and immature, but I have to guess he didn't get his way about something because for us the staff has been great. As is typical with most doctors these days, the dentists here are a little aloof but they did a good job and that's what really matters. Their scheduling is also pretty great. They maintain good contact and have flexible scheduling and often were able to get us in earlier than expected. Another thing that was really important for us was cost. Alpine Dental seems to go out of their way to help you control costs and it wasn't just one time but it's been over and over again that they treated us fair. I write a lot of yelp reviews and I'll tell you if someone has not been a good vendor or if they are just mediocre. But Alpine Dental really is top shelf!

So when I contacted Dr mosby's office again to let them know that I was going to be seeing a different oral surgeon but I would like to still see Dr Mosby for the part that he said he was going to do, the office lady told me i couldn't be seen there because they didn't have time for me now. She told me they hadn't had a vacation for years and they all wanted to go on vacation. So I guess if you want to make your own decisions and find a different person that you didn't get referred to then they will make up excuses and just drop you and leave you hanging. They sent the wrong codes to insurance and they were adamant about us paying the fee. Pretty ridiculous, and frustrating because previous dentist we had for 5+ years, we never paid a dime. The lack of attention with insurance codes and burdening their client is disappointing and we will be going somewhere else now.
