After checking with both of my dental insurance companies, AES called to advise that I had to pay $200 out-of-pocket for ADDITIONAL X-Rays before they would even look in my mouth. This was just a consult, and the X-Rays provided were brand new and very clear! This is an obvious money grab, and they're clearly not interested in what's best for the patient overall outcomes. This is blatant corporate greed.

I paid for nitrus but the nose piece was set on top of glasses like old Floridians wear and It was too far from my face to get any of it and no time was allowed for it to take affect if I did get any of it.. I went to get my teeth cleaned twice at this location. The first time I went in, the hygienist did…read morea fantastic job. Gave me a deep clean and spent nearly 45 min-1hr working on my teeth. Was very happy with the cleaning so I went back. The second time I went in to get my teeth cleaned, it was a newer hygienist and she was not prepared. Spent 10-15 min when I first sat down getting her things together. Then after the Dr checked me out, she spent MAYBE a total of 15 min cleaning my teeth. She had made a comment about how good my teeth look, and I think that therefore meant to her that she didn't need to spend time actually doing a deep clean. Which is absolutely not how that works. If I'm spending $300 out of pocket for you to clean my teeth, you'd better be looking in all the little nooks and crannies. I was in and out of that office in under an hour and was very upset at the cleaning I received. I tried to talk to the front desk about it but they were very uninterested and far from helpful. Basically gave me a, "Oh well. Pay us the $300." Will never return here.
