I had tried to get her into another local endodontist and they blew us off, telling me to "wait for antibiotics to work". Her condition was urgent, with infection starting to compromise her airway, he immediately identified this and consulted with a ear nose and throat doctor. Because of his dedication to medicine and his patients, my daughter was taken care of promptly. I know she would have ended up in the emergency room with a compromised airway had we not taken her in and "waited another day". Thank you Dr Penberthy for your dedication to your patients.

Before even…read morebeing seen, I was asked to sign multiple financial and treatment-related forms, including agreements about non-covered procedures and payment responsibility if insurance did not pay. I was comfortable signing forms related to the consultation itself, but I did not feel comfortable signing agreements for treatment decisions and financial responsibility before I had even spoken with the doctor or agreed to any procedure. I politely explained this and asked to discuss those items after the consultation. Unfortunately, I was told I would not be seen unless all forms were signed in advance. The office staff were not kind or considerate of my request. The interaction left me feeling pressured and VERY uncomfortable. Patients should be able to ask questions and fully understand treatment recommendations and costs before being expected to sign broad financial agreements. I respect that offices have policies, but this experience was not the right fit for me, and I chose to seek care elsewhere. I do not recommend them.

Never did I think I would write a recommendation for a dental team but here I am. I came into this…read moreoffice a little over a year ago with so much dentist anxiety it's hard to even explain - but Riverstone Dental has really shifted so much for me over this past year. Stephanie deserves a lot of the credit truthfully ... she has been so kind and built my trust and has taken it really slow with me to get me as comfortable as I am. She's really someone I very much respect for her care! Life changing isn't even the words to explain it truthfully. While she's the bright star for sure and deserves big kudos - everyone else has truly also rebuilt my trust in the dentist experience and I just wanted to share my thoughts. If your nervous have some bad experiences with dentists or are just looking for a new team I would say hands down no one else I would trust more than this team. Appreciate you all and very much am grateful that you have make patient experience a priority!!

I DO NOT recommend this dentistry based on the following events…read more I'll start with, the two stars which is for; Great up to date equipment. Very very clean. Now I was a customer (after my experiences I wouldn't call myself a patient), for three years. So when I first walked into the office, toured then sat down with office manager....discussed insurance. I was told by the manager one way to pay, but when I came in for first cleaning, staff at desk declined that option. Unfortunately I forgot the exact issue, but when I spoke to that manager (2021) apologized. Hmmmm, ok. In the Spring of this year, I was sitting in the car while my wife went into the store to get pain soothing liquid for tooth suddenly began to hurt. I called the office (weekend number). The young employee not too interested was sort of listening but she would ask what did I say, long pauses because she probably had something more important. Well, three minutes into the call, my vision began to blur...wife came to the car I gave her the phone. NOW the employee was concerned. So I was later contacted and provided a prescription. Im not a pill guy. I went to the office on Monday and asked to be seen. The pain was bouncing around. That dentist told me since I couldn't truly identify the exact tooth, she didn't feel comfortable with treating me. I'm sitting in the chair shocked. Asked what to do. She said I'd be referred out of the office. I called that office......next appointment would be six weeks away !! Hmmm, severe pain. Fast forward after numerous calls to young rude staff at desk...I get an appointment for a ROOT CANAL I arrive for my root canal appointment and was hoping to do a payment plan...NOPE....all three front desk insisted I had to pay 3K upfront. No one offered an alternative. So..... I paid, and went into my appointment. Oh....just to add the ambiance.....the dental nurse and dentist spoke entire time as though I was non existent. I was surprised. At least they gave extra shot for pain BUT...super rude and I'm a veteran and am not sensitive.

We had an appointment at 11 and she wasn't called back until after 12:00. Nobody acknowledged our wait or apologized at all. When I asked how long it was going to be, the staff was really rude. When they took my daughter back they wouldn't let me go back until after they had done the x rays and cleaning. I was not comfortable with her going without me. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this office!

First visit recommended from a friend…read more Easy parking, but that's the last of what's easy...KIDDING. Very professional and welcoming from the receptionist to the hygienist and dentist. Our first cleanings were great. There are choices between choices of cleanings. I've gotten a cleaning every three months for the past ten years which I was told has helped on the gums. The cleaning was smooth with explaining what was to come etc. As for insurance....I like their plan which is very cost effective (saves the customer) when doing regular cleaning and xrays...not counting any unforeseen future teeth issues. Good dentists are hard to find so I recommend Ryon's practice.

All the latest equipment, very professional, and totally concerned about your personal comfort while doing their jobs. I have been seeing the doctor and hygienist for several years now, and each experience has been great. There is quite the sense of humor throughout the office as well, while remaining strictly professional. My experience each and every time has been absolutely positive and pain-free. So if you are new to the area or looking to change dentists, you should really try them out! And if you are already a patient of Dr. Schofield, you know what I mean. Entire staff is wonderful.
