From the moment you walk in the door, you will feel at peace. I came regularly for therapy sessions here, and loved my time in the "waiting room" almost as much as I enjoyed my sessions. Since this is just a big ol' house being used for many different services, the waiting room is actually a living room. Complete wtih many cozy chairs and sofas, bookshelves and sidetables loaded with great reading material. Show up a bit early to your appointment and take it all in! The rooms themselves that are used by the many different therapies here are each uniquely decorated and furnished to meet the needs and personality of the professional and the therapy itself. I asked Laura why she did that and she said because I had signed a consent form. When I asked for the form, she replied saying that she didn't have a copy and likely forgot to have me sign one, but it was implied with the type of work she does. Higher-ups at Cornerstone were not helpful and did not want to continue an "investigation" on these individuals unless I signed a lengthy consent form and even then they were not apologetic. From my first visit to my most recent; the quality, comprehensiveness, and attentiveness of care have continually exceeded my expectations. I was first introduced to Dublin Family Chiropractic by a coworker that had excellent experiences and was also a patient. At that time, working as a critical care RN in a very busy Level 1 Trauma center along with continual weight/cross training; the cumulative physical demands were taking a toll on my body. Finally, after the continual neck/back/shoulder pain became severe enough, I scheduled my first appointment. I was impressed on my initial visit that both Dr. Jamie Berringer and Molly Redman (LMT) took the time and attention for a detailed history of past ailments/surgeries/etc. and current areas of concern. Rather than simply applying a "one size fits all" approach, I received a detailed examination & assessment to determine what treatment(s) were best suited for me to achieve resolution with current aches, pains, or problems. Perhaps the most surprising experience I had with my first visit was that of how GOOD I felt afterwards; realizing how poorly & how much underlying pain I was functioning at before my visit and the tremendously positive impact the staff and their treatments had. During successive visits, there have been times that I have forgotten to mention the start of a new problem (recent headaches, a particular muscle/muscle group continually sore, etc.) and both Molly & Dr. Jamie, upon their assessment, have picked up on the ailment and treated it; without any prompting from myself whatsoever. Another testament to the quality & caring of the staff is that of the investment in their patients. I have particular muscle groups that are prone to becoming more tense or harder to relax; in turn more susceptible to pain & problems. Both Molly & Dr. Jamie have suggested a multitude of stretches and/or exercises to address and continually work to resolve the problematic areas. I have been a patient with Dublin Family Chiropractic for nearly one year now; and will continue to see the highly qualified, professional, and truly caring staff. With each successive visit, I am constantly impressed with the continual progression & adaptation of their therapy and treatments. I never feel that I'm simply going in for a "massage & adjustment"; rather each visit is tailored to me and what particular issues/pains/etc. I may be having at that time. Different techniques are used for different problems and I have yet to walk out of the office without feeling tremendously better.
