I'm so grateful to Dr. Jamie and her staff! I've visited here pregnant, I've brought a couple of my babies here, and I've come for standard back pains and Dr. Jamie was great at taking care of our needs! I definitely recommend her office. read more

I was charged for a service I did not receive, and when I inquired I was told a number of stories to defend the poor business practice and really just mistakes in healthcare. I understand the healthcare and insurance industry very well, and I was cheated. When I tried to file a claim to dispute the overcharge, the lead practitioner began to raise her voice, wouldn't stop talking, and started snorting at me when I said her statements were inaccurate and didn't make sense. I just don't think the holistic industry can afford poor business practice on top of a scientifically questionable reputation. I'll go to an MD next time. read more

I went to Dr. Jamie several times for adjustments and massages to relieve my lower back pain. I have had nothing but great service and their facilities are very clean. My insurance (Anthem) has covered everything and I have had no problems with their billing or my insurance. I would definitely recommend this place for Chiropratic work or to get a massage. read more

I've been going to Dublin Family Chiropractic as needed for over 10 years, and I want to tell you that Dr. Jamie Berringer is awesome!!!! I've had nothing but the best care from Dr. Jamie and her staff. They are professional and truly care about what you are going through as a patient. I've never had issues with my insurance or billing. I have also recommended DFC to offers and they love it. When I started going to DFC in the first place, it was because someone told me about it. read more

Let me begin this review by simply stating a fact; my experience as a patient with Dublin Family Chiropractic has been absolutely exceptional. From my first visit to my most recent; the quality, comprehensiveness, and attentiveness of care have continually exceeded my expectations. I was first introduced to Dublin Family Chiropractic by a coworker that had excellent experiences and was also a patient. At that time, working as a critical care RN in a very busy Level 1 Trauma center along with continual weight/cross training; the cumulative physical demands were taking a toll on my body. Finally, after the continual neck/back/shoulder pain became severe enough, I scheduled my first appointment. I was impressed on my initial visit that both Dr. Jamie Berringer and Molly Redman (LMT) took the time and attention for a detailed history of past ailments/surgeries/etc. and current areas of concern. Rather than simply applying a "one size fits all" approach, I received a detailed examination & assessment to determine what treatment(s) were best suited for me to achieve resolution with current aches, pains, or problems. Perhaps the most surprising experience I had with my first visit was that of how GOOD I felt afterwards; realizing how poorly & how much underlying pain I was functioning at before my visit and the tremendously positive impact the staff and their treatments had. During successive visits, there have been times that I have forgotten to mention the start of a new problem (recent headaches, a particular muscle/muscle group continually sore, etc.) and both Molly & Dr. Jamie, upon their assessment, have picked up on the ailment and treated it; without any prompting from myself whatsoever. Another testament to the quality & caring of the staff is that of the investment in their patients. I have particular muscle groups that are prone to becoming more tense or harder to relax; in turn more susceptible to pain & problems. Both Molly & Dr. Jamie have suggested a multitude of stretches and/or exercises to address and continually work to resolve the problematic areas. I have been a patient with Dublin Family Chiropractic for nearly one year now; and will continue to see the highly qualified, professional, and truly caring staff. With each successive visit, I am constantly impressed with the continual progression & adaptation of their therapy and treatments. I never feel that I'm simply going in for a "massage & adjustment"; rather each visit is tailored to me and what particular issues/pains/etc. I may be having at that time. Different techniques are used for different problems and I have yet to walk out of the office without feeling tremendously better. read more

I contacted this place for a body wrap after I saw their listing on www.livingsocial.com. They were able to offer me the living social price by just going through them, which was awesome. The downside is, the service didn't work. I've done one wrap before, and they truly did my whole body. This one did not cover my butt, back, shoulders, or chest area at all - which is unfortunate b/c my arms and back were the main reason I was going. I'm getting married and my dress is strapless - I had my dress fitting the next day, and my engagement pics the day after - so I was hoping for a little extra tightness. The areas that did get wrapped, I have noticed no difference in. Additionally, you have to pay extra for the "heat" otherwise I guess I would just be sitting in wet ace bandages for 30 minutes. The "heat" is sitting in a sauna in the back room, and they give you the option to lie down. The building was nice, and the staff was fine, but I would not go back. read more

Stay away! This place is a scam. When I decided to go here after a friend suggested I try the place to relieve my lower back pain, I was given a couple pricing options. The told me that if I didn't have insurance it would cost approximately $33.00. However, they said my insurance might cover it and that if they did I would likely pay nothing. I opted to use my insurance, and to my surprise I received a bill from them for well over $100 a few months later. Shortly thereafter, I learned that they forwarded this bill to a debt collection agency. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. read more

Had terrible experience :(( Visited for middle back pain, ended up with SI joint dysfunction. At one point I could barely walk!! 1 year and several other treatments later, I still have trouble walking. I have no confidence in their diagnosis and treatment read more

The billing practices are unacceptable in my opinion - I was told clearly, that my insurance would cover (x) amount of visits. Each time I visited, I confirmed this fact - explaining in DETAIL that I didn't want treatment unless each visit was covered. In order to gain my business I was assured my visits were covered - the doctor assured me she had confirmed. When the owner / doctor discovered this was not the case ... I was suddenly "to blame" and expected to pay the difference. Even worse, the bills in dispute were sent to me months later (a sign of mismanagement in my opinion) making it difficult to understand the dates involved. I understand there are delays but 3 months? In fairness I certainly urge the reader to consider both sides and decide for yourself. I have no complaint of the care, I do have a severe problem with the customer experience. I felt mislead with false assurances in order to gain my business. My advice is to stay clear read more
