What bothered me was the short appointment times they offer patients. All appointments are only 1/2 hour. In Michigan winters with such bitter cold days, it seemed hardly worth the trip. I'm not sure how they reconcile the short appointments with insurance companies. It does not seem standard to me. I will definitely include questions about length of appointment time when interviewing centers for future potential services I choose.

Valerie has been very helpful--I accidentally messed up my hand spint/brace that they made me when I slipped on ice. Valerie was able to see me later that afternoon and repair it for me, and I had been then earlier in the day for therapy! I love tye paraffin wax hand dip and the hand massage! That seems to really help loosen my hand up. Four weeks of occupational therapy, and I see massive improvement in my use and strength since surgery mid December. Another great feature for me is its not far from our home! The receptionist, Deneesha, is a sweetheart. She always greets you with a smile.
