They were able to guide me through exercises that fixed pain that had been with me for years. I cannot recommend the service here highly enough. For a long time I thought my pain would never go away, but I haven't experienced any significant pain in over a week for the first time since my injury. Everyone I worked with showed me some of the best treatment I have ever received. They listened well, showed genuine empathy, were extremely knowledgeable, and were fun to be around to boot. Blood pressure machine didn't work, yet somehow recorded a BP that showed up in his report a month after my initial visit. In his report I was recorded as retired, nope I'm full time employed, he recorded I was on Medicare, nope BCBS, he reported I lived in a multilevel house nope wrong again, I live in a ranch. The worst of all he recorded I had my right knee replaced, NOPE IT WAS MY LEFT KNEE. I have been fighting back and forth between BCBS and Luna if I'm covered. I get yes, no, yes, no depends on the day I call. After first visit I was basically blown off for second visit and delayed for 3rd. I contacted my surgeon and dumped Luna, went to Team Rehab. Team Rehab is FANTASTIC, no question I'd go there and have recommended to many people. I'd never recommend Luna.

Great place with great people…read more I was feeling discomfort in my left shoulder and neck so I decided to look up places to get a massage. Immediately, I clicked on Thrive because of the five-star reviews. When I called, they were able to book an appointment for me in the next half hour, but not for what I had originally intended. Instead of a massage, I was advised, I believe what they call, a "tune up." When I got there I was greeted and brought into one of the rooms where my session began. We started with cups, then stretching with the cups, to muscle scraping, and then finishing with decompression. The cups didn't bother me until I had to stand up with them and the muscle scraping was a little painful, but I believe it was all for the better. Decompression was my favorite part. I even took a short nap lol. At the end of the session, the parts of my back that had been cupped were a little sore and it was slightly uncomfortable to move. The next day, I woke up in pain. My back was tight and in need of a good stretching. Working through it was tough, as I lift a lot of hardgoods throughout the day, but relieved itself slowly throughout the day. By 10pm, I only felt pain where some of the cups where, and that was if I applied pressure. Two days after my session, my upper back has never been more relaxed. Although, I still have some pain in my neck and left shoulder, it feels a lot less intense than before my session. My upper back feels better than it's ever felt; and my lower back better than it was before. I told a coworker I wouldn't do cupping again, but I am currently planning a second session, as that is what is going to get rid of this pain completely. I highly recommend coming here. If not, at least talk to them. They had the knowledge to understand that I did not need a massage like I had originally planned, but a different type of therapy that would aid a specific part of my body that was giving me problems. These people truly care about making your body feel better, and I plan on trusting them with taking care of me further.

It's a physical therapy facility and I believe the owner is also a masseuse. The owner of the facility name is Moe. Of course he asked me about the areas that were troubling me. I told him how my mid back was giving me issues so he recommended I try the muscle scraping and dry cupping session. I was not overwhelmed by the muscle scraping or the dry cupping. I feel that the massage would have been better. I typically get massages from another location, but I was open to the suggestion this day! I also booked a one hour session. We started relatively late and also ended early. So I don't feel like I truly got the full session that I paid for.
