Had no real issues, but I have all of my facitilities. Your loved ones may not. I did hear yelling, but it was not unkind. Then again, a senior may not know you are kidding around . There were seniors in wheelchairs by the front desk. They were waiting for a meal, or had to be watched for their own good. If they wanted to go to their room, and could safely, they were taken to their room. They were not held against their will!! The only problem I had was getting my pain meds on time. I solved that by asking to have them scheduled. No problem anymore. Half way thru my stay, I was asked to move to the first floor. I was in a room alone.....loved it!!! Much quieter on first floor. The residents can do more for themselves on this floor. The day before I was to go home, I was asked to move again. Fine by me, Im flexible. So, in conclusion, I'd like to recognize Evelyn, Salgi, i hope i spelled your name right, Jones, Joel, Godwill, and especially Sallii on the first floor , who made sure I had tea bags every day!! If I forgot your name, please know I appreciated all of you who made my stay pleasant! In conclusion, a special shout out to the physical therapy dept. You guys ROCK!!! Love you all. As soon as the right people were informed of the phone issue, it was resolved. Not only did they move my family member to a new room, they followed up with several phone calls to me. I appreciate the quick response. Thank you Bella Tera for fixing the problem. Thank you for also taking good care of my family member. Your therapies are helping him be more mobile than he has been in the past year or so. Thanks again for everything.

The nurse responded oh the machine is broke I think. So we asked to transfer her to Alexian bros. They begged us to leave her they said she ok. So when she got to Alexian she was diagnosed with blood clot in lung now and put in ICU. Horrible place they don't bath unless you tell them. She was in the same clothes the next day. Just don't!

Even paid for Mar 2026, an got email from Maria Leon I hadn't paid for MARCH. Statement revd today showed no payment. I commend the nursing staff on 3rd floor! They are great. AALAYAH, at the reception desk is wonderful. The administration, the billing dpt, and getting returned phone calls is lacking. My husband is on memory floor for 6 hrs now. The attitude of administration. Is they can move him from 2 bedroom room with TV AND PHONE to a 5 man ward room, not tell me, not adjust fee, and then look me in the face when I confronted them on it and say he was always in that room. That was LAURA. I got him returned to his 2 person room. When asked about tv and phone was told again he never had one and I would have to pay extra and since "they remodeled they weren't available." REMODELED WHAT? First and 2nd floors were, and lobby. The 3rd floor is dismal! I'm not done here. I'm pursuing this all the way. Lost glasses, missing clothes, missing wedding ring, wallets disappeared and when brought up got blank stares! Again administration. Falls, dehydration, weight loss and now wheel chair bound. Lies about calling me and no response from me is crazy! I keptva landlines just for their contact, with an answering machine. No calls/message from administration or billing ever were made. ​​​I thought this was a good place for years. Previous administration was available and helpful. They changed it over time and the interaction stopped. Now administration hides in offices. They should be up on the floors to understand what their jobs really about. PEOPLE. REGARDLESS OF WHAT FLOOR THEY ARE ON, OR FOR WHAT REASON THEY'RE THERE ARE IMPORTANT. they deserve respect! I am careful about going in because I don't want confrontation or worry about how his treatment could be a affected. But I will be pursuing this matter thru proper channels. Not just for my relative - for anyone on that floor. Nurse Debbie, Denise, and a couple others could teach compassion!

The office staff is wonderful and homey. Dr. Turner although he no longer does adjustments/ manipulations is still very much a part of the practice with other kinesiology practices. Dr. Schori has taken over and Lyndsey (Mrs. Schori) is now a practicing psychologist at their office too! I would suggest anyone to come get a consultation . You don't have to purchase the supplements they suggest but it's good to know what your body is saying it needs. I have seen results through my bloodwork (moms a phlebotomist so I have someone else to also help read it ). Check it out!!!
