    Here is an update... still not taking ownership of what they did and they still haven't offered to repair my home or compensate me for the cost of having to rent the truck another day and pay $200+tip for new movers. Quality people.... Added another photo of our latest conversation. You should be ashamed of yourself. You have no idea the added stress you put on me. And I asked you multiple times to just be honest and let me know if you weren't finishing the job. In response to James reply below... we NEVER at any time canceled. He blocked our numbers and did not send us a text until 11:30 pm saying he was under ground. As for his remark about my integrity and motive. You can see I only go on yelp for positive reviews. I have written over twenty. This is my very first negative experience that I have posted about. I just strongly feel (and am supported by other customers and their own similar experiences) that no one should trust these people. Also James had never once contacted me to make anything right. So that is a complete lie again from James.

    A reputable company warned against the bait and switch James pulled, but I went against my gut. Lesson learned.

    "You lose 100% of the business you don't ask for"…read more I've recently been charged with clearing out storage units we used when moving the Patriarch out of his house and into ours. There were quite a few leftover items that no one in the family needed, and these one by one were sold/donated. We were down to just a few items, which I listed on Craigslist. One was a spinet piano. I didn't get any bites, but I DID get a great text from It Can Fit telling me they would be happy to move that piano once I sold it. It was well written and friendly. Mom always liked someone who went after what they wanted, and I do too. So, when we finally needed to move that piano, I texted back to see if they could do the job in two days. Pretty quickly, despite it being like 8:30 at night, they responded - yep, they could. They asked some questions, I answered, they gave me a price, we agreed. Awesome. Day of the move comes and they're texting me to let me know they're on their way, they go there, were loading as I drove up, we went over, they moved it in, zero problems, zero damage. Super friendly, nice, took my debit card, and gone. I have moved often in my life - college, military, moving parents into assisted living, out of assisted living, into condo, out of condo into addition, then clearing storage units. This was one of the best experiences I have had. I would definitely contact them again.

    I would strongly caution anyone considering It Can Fit LLC, specifically Durmel Coleman and…read moreAdolphus Pinckney. I scheduled a move that was supposed to begin at 7:00 a.m., and the time was repeatedly delayed throughout the day (9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m.), with little to no consistent communication. Meaningful communication did not begin until approximately 4:00 p.m., after the day was already lost. The agreed-upon terms were not honored. The job was supposed to include four workers, a 20-foot truck, and completion within 4-5 hours. These conditions were not met. At one point, they were unable to secure a truck at all, and I had to step in to try to resolve the situation myself. As a result of these failures, I experienced over $2,000 in financial loss and significant disruption over two days. Additionally, their handling of the truck situation caused a $1,608 issue to be connected to my U-Haul account. While I resolved the matter myself, it required immediate attention and time to correct a problem that should never have occurred. After the move, I was informed by the storage facility manager that an item fell during the move and a breaking sound was heard. This was never disclosed to me at any time. During our interaction, Adolphus Pinckney stated, "I wouldn't blame you if you don't pay us anything--I'm quite sure you're not going to pay us anything." Despite that statement acknowledging the situation, I still paid the full contract amount in good faith. There was no acknowledgment, no apology, and no effort made to provide compensation or resolve the situation. I made multiple attempts to address this directly before posting this review, but received no meaningful response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

    My experience was excellent thanks to Miss Tori!…read more All staff were helping customers. I waited on my designated spot. There was a couple at the counter so I waited patiently. Another customer entered the building and Tori greeted him. I wasn't sure if she saw me behind the couple so I stepped around them and said I'm next and she gestured she saw my. When she helped email label to return an Amazon product and pointed to a printer and informed me my label would print there. While I was waiting she helped the man she greeted before assisting me. She scanned his phone and gave her a product. Once she was done my label had printer and she helped me. Tori was polite and courteous. She even explained she greet her customers when they enter and ask what service they needed and that she was going to assist me after her initial inquiry. She didn't have to explain her procedures to assist customers and if made me feel seen and heard. That I sincerely appreciated and with efficacy she took care of the customers all while be patient. This was my first visit to this location and whenever I have needs that can be assisted via UPS I'll definitely return. The store was clean and a bit smaller so prepare for social distancing options. Just a side note. Greetings are kind and professional. Just like Tori greets customers so should the other staff. Calling someone name out without a hello or I'll be right with you seems a bit obtuse. Customer service agents must understand they are agents of service to customer.
