When we moved in to our last place, we needed all sorts of things assembled; bookcases, crib, desks, you name it. EasyMovers came in with a very affordable bid and did an excellent job too. Definitely give them a look if you're in need of moving or assembly services in the Philly area.

So now, here I am, with a hard deadline of Monday, nothing packed, and having to do this all by myself because Oleg thought one person could pack a 1200 square foot condo in under three hours.

I will never forget what they did for me -- not just the move, but the way they made me feel cared for. Their not movers their your friends for life! His quote was a few thousand lower than it ended up costing me; I paid the highest amount that I heard from friends in my previous neighborhood who moved to the same development but their movers were not available. He later offered to help bring in some of the boxes but we were so frustrated by how much work we had ahead of us we just couldn't comprehend having him come over but as we were getting to the end we had some heavy items that needed help to move and I tried recently to call him and he doesn't answer the phone. That is why I wouldn't trust anything he says! BEWARE! No matter what is said get exact price written down, what is exactly is included, watch how they wrap everything and fragile items you should take yourself and be wary if they say boxes are included! I originally thought it went well till I started to unpack. Now first off I had an estimate including them to unpack but they misjudged the amount of work that was required. So it ended costing me triple the price and they didn't have the time to unpack. They also only marked half the boxes with what was in them making it very frustrating for me to know what was worth to unpack immediately. Upon moving the boxes that they piled up triple high and very heavy caused the move to be extremely difficult since we are in our 70's. Upon opening the boxes the items were wrapped and re-wrapped with so much clear plastic that we spent hours cutting through to get to the items. They did this to many things that were non breakable pieces like boxes of cereal but a vase from Greece was wrapped in paper and was broken in pieces. A cup from Russia also broken was thrown in with the vase and a piece of paper place between them no wrap on the cup. My small 2 drawer file desk was emptied in a box mixing paper clips, rubber bands, pens, markers, and everything else that was in jars. All our items with cords instead of keeping them together they were all thrown in different boxes and still have not found them. We have a very heavy sewing table with machine needed taken up to the walk up attic(our second floor) it is still sitting in the garage and now we have to hire someone else to take care of it otherwise we can not park in the garage. DO NOT HIRE THEM! THEY Will PROMISE TO DO THINGS; BUT BEWARE!! ALSO I WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA MATERIAL; THEY USED SO MUCH MORE THAN NEEDED!!

It was POURING cats and dogs the day of the move but despite the less than ideal weather, Koof and the team were extremely professional, pleasant, polite, efficient, careful, and thorough. We had a lot of large furniture/upholstery pieces that they took care to wrap with moving blankets so they wouldn't get dirty/scratched/wet and handled everything with utmost care. They were very upfront about stopping and restarting the clock for lunch as well, which was appreciated. We also had a large and bulky refrigerator that had to be moved and they executed the transport with amazing expertise. With the sheer amount of stuff and the inclement weather, it could have easily been a 12 hour day but the team was extremely efficient and most importantly very pleasant to work with! Would recommend to everyone moving to use this team!!

So yesterday, Irving's crew of 5 people!! came and spent only 2 hours to load all my furniture from a 4 bedroom house. AMAZING. They did not take a break and worked extremely hard. It saved me time and money working with them. At a very good price. They went 10 minutes over 2 hours and did not even charge those extra minutes. They don't try to take advantage of you, they are focused on getting the job done. I trust these guys with their integrity, work ethic, and price. They are hardworking, reasonable, and good guys to work with. Irving manages the scheduling and the team, and he is highly communicative and very easy to work around your schedule. You just need to do your part by communicating clearly your needs and wants; I asked Irving my specific requests and questions, and there was no confusion or misunderstanding- for example, I had to get my own blankets, but they brought the plastic wraps for my furniture protection. Thank you so much Irving and the crew for helping our family's multiple local moves in the last several years, we hope to find someone half as good as your team after we move to the other side of the country!

In response to the company's response: I am confused as to what it is you're talking about. 1) we specifically said NOT to worry about items not packaged. We were going to move those unpacked items ourselves as it was literally next door. Even if we asked you to do it, it still should not have taken 11 hours. 2) what on earth are you talking about regarding suggesting a climate controlled storage unit? Please get your facts straight. We did not ask for anyone to clean items nor was that done. The couch issue had nothing to do with rodents or feces-- in fact it was covered in plastic. The issue was, that it was too large for our new space. But who knows. It may have actually fit into our apartment had it not been for your incompetent movers. They couldn't even figure out how to get our queen size box spring in the apt. Allllllll ya had to do was simply rotate it, which again, my husband had to show them that common sense technique. 3) $500 credit? Please process immediately as you've never mentioned this before nor do we see it on our account. 4) I called you about missing items. One of which I luckily questioned the day of the move and your driver found it in his car. They figured it was trash yet it was an important piece to my grill. Don't just assume items are trash. I hope as the professional you repeatedly claim to be, you'll process a credit for the items that are gone. This is on top of the $500 credit that is not pending or posted on our account. Thank you for realizing we are not to blame as all issues are the fault of your company. Again, I hope this experience helps you to make the necessary changes to better your company's reputation. Looking forward to your email/phone call to resolve.

They sent a small truck to move my items from my storage unit. It was 2 younger guys and boy did they pack the truck. It took them So much so that they broke lots of items. We had multiple glasses broken. They took zero care in the handling of our items. I contacted them on 10/30 yo let them know of the damaged items and it took them until today to send me back a measly $322. I was told on 11/19 they would send the money beginning of December. Do you think they proactively reached out? NO! I messaged them. My items were moved from PA to DE on 10/27. They moved items from a storage unit that was located at ground level to a garage at my new home. It took them from 8a to about 4pm. They charged me $1160.
