This store is elegant and beautifully appointed with a tile floor that I swooned over as it reminded me of trips to Italy (I was told it was imported from Italy, so there you go!), and the two sales people working were chic and down to Earth. I enjoyed chatting with Armando, who knew his stuff! The bag I wanted only came in a teeny tiny size; it has scattered crystals on it and it is divine - so I will have to hold off until Gucci decides to make it in a larger size. However, Mary the manager wouldn't input the code while I was checking out for whatever reason. So I ordered the exact items online & was able to save over $40 using the code. I brought this to Mary's attention when I went back in to the store, of course she had an attitude & only decided to use Windsor's discount code after I asked to return all of the items I'd purchased. The code worked, but by that time I was over it! I requested the regional manager's contact information because they must know Mary is out here arguing with paying customers. I have 2 videos of the incident as well, but the way Yelp is set up, you cannot post. After reviewing other customer reviews, they seem to have similar issues w/this same employee This leads me to believe that Windsor doesn't need my business or my associates. I've worn Express forever, but hadn't shopped in person in some time. I was most interested in the jeans as they had many different styles and there was a picture of the jeans on a model at each of the tables or racks that they were at. They had my small size in every style, which was very much appreciated. The sales clerks were friendly and did not hover. I tried on multiple jeans and just wasn't into them as the style is high rise, and the one pair of midrise were not flattering. Still, I would shop there again as it is a good brand and jeans styles constantly change.
