I would give zero stars if possible! I went in & bought about $280 worth of clothes. I had a discount code that was available on Windsor's site for 15% off (using SEARCH15 & it's STILL currently available). However, Mary the manager wouldn't input the code while I was checking out for whatever reason. So I ordered the exact items online & was able to save over $40 using the code. I brought this to Mary's attention when I went back in to the store, of course she had an attitude & only decided to use Windsor's discount code after I asked to return all of the items I'd purchased. The code worked, but by that time I was over it! I requested the regional manager's contact information because they must know Mary is out here arguing with paying customers. I have 2 videos of the incident as well, but the way Yelp is set up, you cannot post. After reviewing other customer reviews, they seem to have similar issues w/this same employee This leads me to believe that Windsor doesn't need my business or my associates. So rushing in to buy a last minute outfit for my holiday party & of course dragging my fancy pants husband along. I walked into the store with no idea of what I wanted to wear, not to mention not sure what my true size was now, since I've lost a few lbs. So walked around and started picking up a few different items & head for the dressing room. Still undecided, one of the employees knocked on my stall to see if i needed any help ( thank god) lol. I must say those young ladies ( I feel awful for not getting their all of their names) went above & beyond to help me pick out a few options that I was more than pleased with. Super rude staff!! It really sucks because I used to love this store. The girls here always seem really bothered & treat you like you're a moron for asking a question. Trust me girl in the denim shirt doing go backs, I wish you had better signage too. i went in a couple days after they reopened and i was pleasantly surprised! the store was extremely clean and everyone i saw had masks on so i felt as comfortable as i could, given the circumstances. The girls were still helpful and attentive as they were before COVID and the manager in the yellow dress made sure the fitting rooms were cleaned after every use! great staff, lovely store! i will definitely continue to shop at this location read more

A while back I have a semi-bad experience here with an associate shes supervisor maybe? I dont know her name. But shes a white girl she has some weight and thin hair. Okay so I came to the store to buy something and as I was in the line to purchase she saw my shorts has tags on it. "You have a tag on your shorts!" And I was embarrassed and just told her that OMG can you please help me just take it off and so she helped me. (I was caught off guard Cos I was fully embarrassed that I stepped out my home not checking my clothes if it still has tags on it. I buy a lot of clothes and I just store them. then whenever I go out i will just wear whatever.so this happens to me a lot) She asked me "did you get this here?" (Squinting her forehead) And I just answered her very confused in my mind "No" And I was walking out the store I just realized that is she trying to suggest as if im stealing it from the store. I mean she could've approached me differently like maybe laughed about it or helped me cope with the embarrassment she gave me with around people. But nope she chose to ask me if I got it from the store. Please be nice to your customer. Its better to build good relationship with your customer than acting like you actually own the store. I dont know if trying to become a security will give you an additional paycheck... None the less I was offended and tried to just shop somewhere else or get Windsor clothing online. read more

I have been a Customer Service Manager/Trainer for over 20 years, and I am happy every time I leave Windsor. The staff always greets us, in a friendly way, we are always assisted, and the girls are so patient even when my daughter tries on 20 dresses and cannot decide! The employees are so rude! They make you feel so little of yourself the moment you walk in, they stare you down like something is wrong with you. This one time I walked in and the manager Mary (I got her name after I asked, she rolled her eyes and gave me the nastiest attitude) was yelling at one of the girls in front of everyone. Like come on you couldn't just wait or pull her to the back room? Unprofessional! I went back again but early and i think her name was Lupita. Anyways she was on the phone the whole time gossiping about a party. I asked if she could open a fitting room so I can try on clothes and it was like I was asking her for a favor like I'm sorry I'm making you work at your job. I love Windsor and the wardrobe here is great but with the experience I had today I honestly feel like never shopping here again. Ok, so I come into Windsor almost every week and BUY outfits so most of the ladies here see me and my boyfriend all the time and can say I'm a familiar costumer. Today I was shopping looking for something to put together and the ladies ask me if I needed help and I nicely said " no" as always because they ask this all the time to ever costumer who walks in, she said ok and walked away and not even 5 minutes past when another one comes to ask me the same thing but checks if I'm carrying anything in my hand ( as if I'm stealing something ) and this is where I felt extremely offended!! nobody wants to feel like this in a store especially one that you come to often. The ladies kept looking at me and my boyfriend as if we're doing something wrong. I honestly don't know if they've experienced people taking things recently but this has never happened to me in this store, I don't steal and I'm pretty sure nobody wants to be seen that way in a store they go to every week and is known by half of the workers there but it was the most unwelcoming experience I've ever had shopping anywhere and I hope others who feel like this too speak up so the manager or somebody can be aware of this! So my cousin and I went into the store on Friday, March 31 to go look for a last minute dress. I started to look around for some dress and walked my way into the fitting room. They had them all full so they escorted me to the back fitting rooms where they have the prom and sale stuff. I asked the sales associate (I think her name was Stephanie, according to my receipts) if my cousin can go into the fitting room with me and she said it was fine. A couple minutes pass and another associate comes and banged on the door and says it very rude to get out, that it's only one person per fitting room. If one said it was okay, why would the other rudely tell us it's one. She could have nicely said it but no. When we got out I had asked the girl in the fitting room who was the other sales associate and she said it was a manager name Lisette. So after I didn't find a dress, I was on Windsor.com and saw a couple of dresses and screenshot them. When I asked the Manger (Lisette) for some help she told me she didn't have those dresses. So when I started looking through the section with similar colors, I found almost all the dresses. I didn't appreciate that she lied to me. I'm a customer trying to spend my money and for her to not bother and look was very rude. She was already rude with me and she was being even more with not even helping me. I did end up finding a dress with out a sales associate help. I was recommended from friends to come here since they have amazing people that help find you're perfect dress but it wasn't. Maybe the sales associates that helped my friend weren't there. I had a horrible experience and this is my second time buying here. The first was okay but this second time wasn't. I just didn't appreciate that manager being rude. I expected her to be super nice and helpful but she wasn't. Won't be coming here anytime soon. read more
