You get a good deal or fair enough discount off shoes. I wear a special or width shoes and so it rather limited for me. For mostly people, they will be able to find something nice. If you can wait out the line before getting to the front door, it's worth the wait. Good to go earlier in the day or much later in the day if possible. Everyone seems to like this store. The line for paying for items seems longer than the number of people roaming around the store. From the moment she answered the phone, Takeyah was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me--even though the issue didn't stem from her store. I checked my camera. When the shoes were delivered at the Outlet, I picked them up and tried them on in-store. They did not fit, so I stood in line to return them and was told I could not. I had to start the return process online. I stepped out of line and went outside to call Customer Service, who stated not all locations have the ability to start the return process. She had to issue a label, then I had to box the box of shoes and take it to a Federal Express store. She also reminded me it could take 21 days to complete the process and receive a refund. Addias you have to do better! To not allow a customer to return the shoes immediately, and then purchase a box and take it to a Federal Express location is unacceptable. I will never shop at Addias store again, nor will I recommend it to anyone because customer satisfaction is not in your policy. Very disappointing.

So this women's medium was at best a women's small, maybe an extra small. Anyway, I wanted to exchange the T-shirt for the proper size. At this point I notice the fine print on the receipt that states that customized T-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged. I didn't see any warning to this effect when ordering. You would think that they would make that very visible, unless of course they don't mind screwing over their customers. Apparently, screwing you is fundamental to their business model.
