It honestly felt like someone was playing with your hair for 90 minutes in the best possible way, and the scalp, neck and shoulder massages were fantastic. I left feeling completely relaxed. A few small things I'd suggest: * Include the suite number and arrival instructions in the confirmation materials. * The music was a little louder than I prefer, though I understand it's probably to help mask noise from the surrounding salon suites. * The leg wedge was a bit too high for my comfort, but that's personal preference. * Keeping supplies on a rolling cart next to the treatment table might help avoid having to step away as often during the service. I also had an add on foot massage and it was incredibly sub par. The pressure was super light and it felt like someone who hasn't ever massaged before. It's supposed to add 15 minutes (per their website) but I finished maybe 7 minutes after my allotted time. There was LOTS of banging around behind my head like she kept dropping the head sprayer into the tub. Lots of splashing from that as well. She was in the lobby when I was checking out so I said my service was fine, and tipped her well, as she did perform a service even though it wasn't great. I think your experience truly depends on who you have.
