This was the first time I pulled my back, and it hurt like crazy. I couldn't sleep and had a hard time walking around. I talked to Randy about what I could do to treat it...and He came to the rescue. The 1st treatment, he quickly identified the exact muscle that was injured which was my Q1 muscle in the back. The massage therapy was great...i couldn't ask for anything better than that. He asked me if the pressure was okay as he massaged my back, so he made sure everything was okay before he proceeded. Our first treatment lasted for 20 minutes since I had to leave. But after the first treatment my back started to feel better. On a pain scale, before my first treatment, it was a 8, and after when down to a 6.5. The 2nd treatment, i went the next day which lasted close to an hour. Randy started to get to work quickly and massaged my back and we did some stretches near the end of the massage which felt good and helped. My pain level went down from a 6.5 to a 5.
