We requested Carlos give us a quote for grass installation in our backyard, and he responded immediately, came out to take measurements, and gave us a great quote. Once we agreed, he quickly scheduled the installation. He and his men said it would take two days, and they were totally correct - at the end of two days we had an amazing yard at great value. It was an excellent investment; we loved spending in our backyard after that. We asked All Green Scape to come out again to install even more grass, and they once again provided excellent service in an incredibly timely manner. The grass has thrived beautifully- it is really high quality, both lush and soft. Kids love to roll around on it and play on it all day long. All Green Scape also does our weekly garden maintenance and it's been great as well. On what my husband said to them - My husband told me they came to the door and said they're done, which is different than what Jacob said he said. Because what Jacob did not mention was that I told the brother to talk to ME and not my husband, which he didn't do. I said to text/call me. He didn't do that either. My husband works from home. He should've checked, but I said to his brother to talk to me because I knew my husband would be too busy to check. We can go on and on about "he said, she said," (or in this case, "he said, he said,") situation. In my experience, that isn't helpful which is why I only wrote about my experience and what the end product looked like. But since it was mentioned, I wanted to add those additional information so people can get the whole picture. Jacob was right that they were notified and that they came back the next day to pick up the debris, which is what we agreed to. I want everyone reading this to know that the team that came and did an exceptional job, was only expected to pick up the debris. When Jacob mentioned I said they went "above and beyond" was because they picked up the debris AND decided on their own terms (I assume) to clean the yard the way a clean up should have been done in the first place. I told this to Jacob in the hope that they would be celebrated. It was a giving and vulnerable gesture for Jacob to share another gardener's contact information. I'm still debating whether it would be a good idea or not. Vintage definitely will do their best to mend their mistakes. They're kind and respectful people. They want to do well. I want to be clear that I could not recommend Vintage not because that they're mean or awful people. No; They aren't. I can't recommend them because I want to recommend a lawn service that knows how to do the job they are advertising themselves for, consistently. My standard for a clean up is for the company to pick up the rotten fruits on the ground, to cut the lawn/weeds low, to not pull delicate plants that were mentioned not to, and to pull weeds that were clearly overgrowing. They didn't meet those standards. I've had multiple experience with them for yard maintenance and now, two times with yard clean up. I commend them for always trying to fix their mistakes, but again, these yard expectations should be done on the first time. This review was based off of months of using them for yard maintenance and now yard clean up twice. Perhaps they do better in a much more manicured yard setting where they're able to focus on just the lawn and rose pruning -- something more straight forward and simple. With my review, I hope if people are going with them that they are attentive to these things so they have a better experience than I did. I hope they hold Vintage more accountable. If Vintage truly are "willing to fix their mistakes and will gladly jump at the opportunity to mend this less than stellar service," then I hope this review will help them towards that. It is unfortunate it didn't work out with me, but please make your own decision and let's hope there's growth.

We've run into some issues with leaks or sprinkling systems not turning on shortly after having a major re-landscaping project done and found it took repeated inquiries to get responses. Most recently, we were told we would need to approve a flat fee plus additional hourly charges for work beyond the first hour to have someone stop by to get our sprinkling system to turn on. While I can understand charging for any work that may need to be done. However, for the years of business we've provided, I would expect a courtesy visit to at least determine the solution and whether significant work and associated charges are appropriate.
