You walk up to your front door through the cold winter weather, insert the key, turn the lock, and you can't get inside your house. Who do I call? Patriot Locksmith. I had used their services before when Eran rekeyed our house when we bought it. Instead of charging us a night service call fee, he gave us instructions on how to fix it. If it weren't the lock failing, I'm sure his guidance would have saved us a visit, but after it became clear we would need professional help, Eran came within minutes. The service we expected and paid for was top notch. The service that Eran provided was above and beyond what we paid for. His attempt to save us money was so appreciated. It was clear he wanted to help us solve our problem and avoid any potentially unnecessary visit. Any time I need locksmith services, Patriot Locksmith will be my first call and should be yours too!

I am sorry that I have to give this "locksmith " service even one star. My front door lock…read morecompletely fell apart on New Years Eve morning and it needed to be fixed as I was expecting company. I called this company that I found online. They stated they would call when they were close to my home. After my initial contact I received a call back from a technician who stated he was from a different lock smith company. When I told him I contacted someone else and questioned if he was from that company, he didn't understand and hung up. A few minutes later I received a call from a woman who stated that she was from a now completely different company. Upon questioning her,she stated that all these companies work together. The technician arrived, came to my door and saw that my door knob was obviously damaged and took it completely apart. He asked me in broken and unintelligible English where the push part was. when I informed him I didn't know what he was talking about he said oh here it is and he was referring to a spring within the door knob. This worker never even said hello, what is your problem, what would you like done and proceeded to take my door knob apart. No communication whatsoever. At this point I had been quoted a $25 service charge to come to the house and he then informed me it would be $100 more to put the door knob back together. I then called to my boyfriend who was working in the basement about the extra charge and my boyfriend said he would like to speak to the man and would be up in a minute. When he heard my boyfriend coming up the steps he slammed the door shut making it impossible to open as the latch was still in, ran down my walkway and sped off! I later called another locksmith who came, diagnosed the problem and said it could not be fixed and that I would need a new lock. He temporarily fixed it and instructed me to contact the maker of the doorknob as there is a lifetime warranty on this model. This locksmith told us there was no way this doorknob could be fixed and showed us where it was broken. Obviously, Local Master Locksmith, were not interested in the $25 service fee. They were interested in trying to gouge me for the $100 to put a broken door knob back together. Beware of this company at all costs!!!
