The biggest let down was the fact that perfect work couldnt be promised, no guarantee could be made if there was any left over residue or light scratches after arriving the beginning and end result is absolute perfection! huge thank you to my friend jeff whom i used to work with at a GM dealer, and my friend Wilson at Stance Lab for the recommendation! From my experience, Peter is awesome -- he's super honest, helpful, and easy to talk to. I'm your typical girl who's pretty clueless when it comes to cars, but Peter always takes the time to explain what needs to be done and what can wait. The pricing here is fair and reasonable -- not outrageously expensive like some other shops that charge crazy labor fees. It's always good to ask for an estimate in advance, but from my experience, Peter's been completely transparent and trustworthy every time. I've never had any issues, and I really appreciate how honest and consistent he's been over the years. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointing experience with the service department…read more I brought my vehicle in due to multiple mechanical and safety concerns. Before the car was even inspected, I was told that one of the primary issues was "normal." Dismissing a customer's concerns prior to diagnosis -- especially when they relate to drivability and safety -- is unacceptable. The most concerning part of this experience was dealing with Cathy, the service manager. She was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the interaction. Rather than listening and taking the concerns seriously, I felt talked down to and brushed aside. There was no effort to provide reassurance, no professionalism, and no sense of accountability. When you bring a vehicle in for service -- particularly with concerns affecting safety and performance -- you expect respect and proper evaluation. That did not happen here. Based on this experience, I would not purchase a vehicle from this dealership again, nor would I recommend their service department. Very disappointing for a brand that markets itself as premium.
