After being burned pretty badly by previous contractors, I went into this project with significant…read moretrust concerns. As a homeowner, I'm not someone who knows all the technical details, and I found myself having to ask very direct questions about licensing, tax IDs, and insurance just to feel protected. Working with Total Pro Roofing was a huge step forward in rebuilding that trust. MJ came highly recommended by a neighbor, and from the very beginning, he and his team were transparent, patient, and thorough. I wasn't going to be present during the project, so my mother acted as the on-site representative. MJ took the time to meet with her multiple times, provided pamphlets and documentation, and promptly supplied updated proof of insurance and Georgia tax ID when requested. I even contacted their insurance agent directly -- and everything checked out. The work itself was impeccable. The team completed the job in a single day, and when an unforeseen issue arose involving prior water damage and a punctured ceiling, they didn't hesitate to return and make flawless repairs. They were honest about the additional work needed and followed through with care and professionalism. I also want to highlight Amber at headquarters, who was absolutely wonderful -- always accessible, helpful with payment options, and quick to assist with warranty documentation and any questions I had. All in all, Total Pro Roofing didn't just replace shingles -- they truly repaired my roof, gutters, soffit, and more. They went above and beyond at every step, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that values integrity, transparency, and quality workmanship.

Our family has worked with contractors for more than 30 years in the metro atlanta area, and we…read morewish that we knew JOC General Construction 30 years ago, it would have saved us a lot of headache, heartache, and work that needed to be reworked. Oscar, the O in JOC, is the father, and he has a heart of gold, meaning that he will tell you exactly what needs to be done in order to take care of the customer's property as if it were his own. We had siding pieces that were foamed in to fill gaps (from previous jobs that we didn't know how to check), and he showed these to us, and told us what would be the best option to fix it: to replace these with custom cut pieces of cement board. And they did it beautifully and the same day. Our home had probably 30 different things that needed to be redone, or revamped, from siding, deck, paint, caulking, window glass, roofing, fascia's, front doors, stairs, wallpaper teardown resurfacing and painting, and much much more. I would trust JOC to build a home for me from scratch. And i know that it would be done correctly through and through, from the best materials, to the best worksmanship. We are so thankful to God that he brought Jennifer and Oscar into our lives. Because of their expert teams (they have multiple crews!) we have been able to accomplish what would have taken at least 2 months, in 2 weeks.
