I emailed this review to you and your TEAM, I am also posting here, as some human beings do check this. HOLY SHIT, I cannot believe how AWESOME this place is!!! You actually get your OWN ROOM (I knew this prior to going in) and was shocked to see that the room is set-up like a damn MARRIOTT kind of room. THAT BED! Everything you need to go to sleep (TV, "White Noise" and/or fan, etc). To the BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEINGS: YOU NEED TO BE RECOGNIZED AND GIVEN PRAISE BY WHOMEVER YOUR SUPERVISOR IS OR WHOMEVER IS AT THE TOP OF YOUR "CHAIN OF COMMAND". At Home Sleep Studies is a "well oiled machine". EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT FROM THE BEGINNING TO END. KEARBY: She has a great personality, "bubbly" and humorous. I knew not to bring in anything valuable and she joked "Don't bring in your Rolex". I laughed and said, "I will just bring in my FOLEX (Fake Rolex) that I bought overseas". This was the day of the test and she said, " You will have SUPER "Sleep Technicians" on during my sleep test. The test starts at 9pm (getting hooked up with all the wires) and the "sleep" starts around 10pm or so and finishes at 4am. HENRY!: Was my Sleep Tech and it was meant for us to connect him! Amazing human being and we talked about so many topics like a friend. He was very humorous. He was very thorough and talked me through everything. He asked me to tell him WHATEVER I NEEDED to get a solid sleep in. Don't focus on all the wires or you will miss all the beauty of your sleep tech, the room and accommodations. You will be RECORDED the WHOLE time. I was going to mess with them, as I knew they were "watching me", ha! I stayed the course for a good study to be conducted. Henry, it was a blast getting to know you and we shared so much stuff, you will forget even what is going on! *Henry allowed me to "strip down" as much as he could allow me to (even made an exception), as I like to sleep "FULL COMMANDO". Ha! Hey, it is all about COMFORT. Do NOT TELL ANYONE! ;-D FRANK!: You are a ZEN MASTER at what you do! I knew most of the "medical lingo" of the result details he was talking to me about (due to battling in the healthcare sector for over 17 years). I also LEARNED A LOT of new things too. Beautiful. I was on the phone with him 10/24/23 (Tuesday) for 39 MINUTES, breaking the study down for me. TO FRANK'S SUPERVISOR this is CARE: Please allow Frank ALL THE TIME HE NEEDS, in order to provide the detail patients need and also answer ALL their questions. THIS IS CARE. I would say to you, if I saw you in person, TO NOT "MINIMIZE" (I would really say DISRESPECT) his 25+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. It is all about QUALITY, not QUANTITY. Patients need to feel confident they were in great hands and FRANK is truly an AMAZING HUMAN BEING. I do understand the "downward" pressure to get patients through more quickly, but you lose QUALITY. As a LEADER, you have to push back against, the downward pressure of upper management. Frank is so damn, INTELLIGENT and BACKED with DECADES of experience, that I NEEDED TO "pick his brain". Even though I did not have "Sleep Apnea" (where you actually stop breathing), there were 2 EXTREMELY concerning adverse events. Anything I can do to positively, to take the "edge off my other ailments". HOLISTIC approach. Frank, IMMEDIATELY, put the order in for my treatment, then EMAILED ME the results. Such an easy to understand, detailed review. He even said to call him back if I had any more questions. SUPERB. Dr. C.N Held: Thank you so much for all YOU DO. Kearby sits right next to you and she says you THOROUGHLY look at over 200 pages or so of complex data and somehow make sense of it. Then condense it into a 11 page report of results that are extremely easy to understand. Kearby mentioned other similar places just "rubber stamp" the results (they don't dig into the details). *BASIC "HOLISTIC" LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLE: DON'T EXPECT, WHAT YOU DON'T INSPECT. YOU CAN'T ASSUME. Check in on things that may help take an edge off your ailments. I was shocked to see that I had ZERO REM and ZERO DEEP sleep (there are "stages") and I was not getting ANY "restorative sleep", the ENTIRE TIME. Also, my Oxygen Saturation, during sleep, went BELOW the minimum, accepted level of 90% and for a long time = can damage the brain. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "At Home Sleep Studies". Absolute worst customer service ever! I waited months for an appointment only to be disrespected and belittled by the Managing member/owner Frank Maillaro when calling to advise that my 2 yr old was congested and per their instructions test could not be completed with any kind of congestion. I wish I could submit the recording of the call, due to the severity of his inhumane treatment/choice of words. I began to record the call. If you have young children or elderly people, people who require any special care I would jot recommend this place. The communication is almost non existent. They don't return voicemails. And most importantly the owner and culture of this location is just down right mean. It requires compassion and caring to be in the medical field and Frank and his associates just don't have it! The staff at At home sleep studies is amazing. Jennie has gone above and beyond to assist my son and I. They are caring and truly value the patients. The tech who did the study on my son was very thorough and made sure my son was comfortable and explained everything in a way my 8 year old would understand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a sleep study. read more

Took so long to get an appointment that I had a change in insurance. Sent the referral in May and didn't get an appointment until September. Made no less than 9 calls to provide my new insurance information and follow up on verification and scheduling. Even after providing them with my new insurance information, they ran my old insurance TWICE which obviously came back unverified. If I didn't call them repeatedly I would've never known as they made no attempt to contact me. Giving an extra star because the scheduling person really helped me out by squeezing me in before my appointment with my PCP. read more

I had two times test at At Home sleep studies. The first time Henry was the technician, he is so nice and professional, explained everything in detail to us. The second time both Henry and Daniel did good job, they are knowledgeable. they switched three different types of devices on my face to fit and make me comfortable. Misleading. Try to sell me something I did not need. Took forever to get an appointment. Didn't solve my problem.

A girl named Leslie with a cracked front tooth and a bad breath is one the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. She has an attitude problem, would ask inappropriate questions and would give stupid suggestions. Gave me a dead battery for my apnea take home machine with worn out straps. She wants the machine back at 10am eventhough it clearly states in the paper you can return it from 8am to 11am. read more

Well, after 2 tests, I need a c-pap. That's OK. What pisses me off is that I got the c-pap, but no mask!!! What kind of monkey grubbING operation are you running???? You did not, EVER, IN ANYWAY, SHAPE, OR FORM tell me about this. How much longer do I have to wait??? Nevermind, it doesn't matter. I drive a semi truck graveyard shift from 5PM - 5 AM then sometimes On Duty a bit longer. They want me to return 'at home sleep device' between 9-11 a.m. on Friday, and if I keep it extra days, charge me $100 (or $50 someone else said) per day! That's right when I need to be SLEEPING for my next 12-14 hour shift. They were finally flexible enough to let me bring it in by 1 PM. *eye roll* My main complaint is that their business hours are inconvenient and inflexible. If I can't return the device during those few morning hours, they charge me money. I ended up just missing a day of work so I wouldn't have to drive truck 11 hours on 3-4 hours of sleep due to absolutely HAVING to return the sleep test device during a narrow time window. I just called out. Very friendly people, helpful and persistent for things to go through with insurance. :) read more

Well the owner is worse than the facility! He calls and argued with me because they have unsafe practices. Then says you can't come back here so go out and see how bad it really is. This has to be the most horrific experience and horrible customer service in America!! You left multiple medical equipment in the trash during my stay and had the nerve to say "we take the trash out twice a day"!! WHAT!! Ugh, I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Period! They are just angry people, who really shouldn't be in the area they are. This is my opinion of what I experienced. Save your money and go else where!! Anything has to be better than this, my grandmother had a sleep study at another place and she said it was great. I wish I had listened and tried to find them instead. Horrible company! read more

I had no idea what a sleep study was or what the techs had to do while I slept. The first visit was to find out why I had a problem sleeping and that was apnea. My second visit was to learn how to sleep with a mask. The techs were knowledgeable, respectful, and compassionate about my anxiety about not sleeping at home. They were both a credit to their job title and genuinely VERY nice people. Thank you very much for everything you did for me and the hours you put in to learn your craft. read more

Wonderful team that administered my sleep study. Both Catherine and Harlan provided me with a great experience. I have had several sleep studies done and none were as relaxing as this one. Both Catherine and put me at ease and made the process of sleeping with a bunch wires on me relatively as easy as sleeping with a bunch wires attached to you can be. Prior to leaving this morning I went over some concerns about my sleep study with Harlan and he answered my questions and provided me with some preliminary information of my study. I had my sleep study last night at "At Home Sleep Studies". The office area and test area (bedroom) were clean and accommodating. My tech for the evening was Daniel. Daniel was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He was able to explain the testing procedures in such a way that I was totally aware of what was going to take place. read more

Frank at At home sleep studies found that AA medical gave me the wrong machine. He was the only person that helped me figure this out. Not the medical office or anyone else. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. If there were more than 5 stars I would give him more. read more
