Has COPD, emphysema, etc. Every doctor she's been to in the past, regarding her breathing , has been a nightmare. Doesn't care about my mom's concerns with how certain inhalers make her feel. They always seemed to rush the appointment and not genuinely care about my mom's worsening condition. NOT HERE!!! Dr. B treated my mom as if it was her mom. We first spent almost an hour with Robert (her assistant), who is amazing himself! So caring, informative, and funny. He listened to my mom, asked her questions, and helped guide her through all her breathing tests she had to do, while encouraging her along the way. Then Dr. B arrived! What an amazing lady. She listened to all my mom's concerns, helped to calm her nerves and came up with a great plan to help my mom BREATHE!!! She put my mom on a medicated inhaler that works great for her. Got my mom hooked up with a breathing machine for at home and a portable one to use at work. So.... Disappointing Follow-Up Despite a Strong Start…read more I had my sleep study done at this sleep clinic, and unfortunately, my experience after the study has been extremely frustrating. I have called over 20 times in the last three weeks trying to obtain my sleep study results. Their phone system consistently redirects callers to voicemail, and despite leaving multiple messages, I have never received a follow-up call. The lack of responsiveness has made an already stressful medical situation even more difficult. During the sleep study itself, the environment was not ideal. The hallways echoed loudly with footsteps throughout the night--at times it sounded like someone walking in heels galloping down the hallway--which made it hard to sleep and distracted from the purpose of the study. Additionally, the adhesive used irritated my scalp for several days afterward. While that may not be entirely their fault, it's something future patients should be aware of. I want to be fair: booking the appointment was a great experience, and the process leading up to the study went smoothly. However, following up on results has been a painful and unresolved process, and that is a critical part of patient care. At this point, the one thing I would truly appreciate is transparent communication. Even a simple update or realistic timeline would go a long way. Until that improves, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Years, the last one was in Orange county, California. I was actually excited to see how I had progressed in the last 15 years, and get a new CPAP machine. The place was super easy to find, located in the back of a medical complex, the sleep center of Nevada had plenty of parking, and was very easy to locate. I arrived at 9 :20, filled out my paperwork and got ready for the night. The staff there was excellent, very friendly, ready to answer questions and concerns, and made the experience very enjoyable. The room itself was fairly scarce, it had a dresser, nightstand, TV, and was outfitted with cameras. Get you completely wired up with all the sensors you need, it's time to go to bed. Now I get it. Sleeping somewhere else is never as comfortable as your own home, however, I will say that the mattress is there. We're very cushy and it was a overall comfortable experience. Would I rate this as a five-star hotel? No. Was it the worst hotel I've ever stayed in? No absolutely not. This was completely acceptable, clean and functional. Bottom line? If you're looking for a great place to get a sleep study done, I cannot recommend this more.

When you finally do reach someone, they can ONLY schedule appointments. I was even told they are not onsite, and not even in this country -- so they are unable to help with anything else within the office. Most of the staff listed are nurse practitioners, who seem very under qualified and experienced. The level of care and compassion here is astonishingly poor. My mother is on a prescribed a medication through this office (for nearly a year now), and is down to her last pill. Our pharmacist informed us they have attempted THREE separate times to contact someone at this office for the standard refill, with no response. I have personally tried reaching a medical assistant, a supervisor--someone! I've left multiple voicemails, and even sent an email -- no response. The pharmacy was only able to provide a 3-day emergency supply. This medication cannot be stopped abruptly without the risk of severe side effects, meaning my mother's health has been put at risk due to the negligence and complete lack of communication from this office. Even the pharmacist was astonished! We need this medication refilled for my mother ASAP. At this point, I will be escalating this matter further. This is not how any medical office should operate, especially a neurology practice. Patients deserve better care, better communication, and basic accountability. Do better.

She is the only doctor I've ever been to that genuinely cared to help me, and it's very obvious that she cares about her practice and the well-being of her patients. Not only is she thorough and efficient, but she's very friendly and compassionate. I started seeing Dr. Schwartz after recurring infections, and she was the only person to take me seriously and truly help me. After so long of receiving poor medical care and having so many illnesses that majorly affected my life and ability to do normal things, finding Dr. Schwartz was a game-changer. I have never gotten into an office so quickly; every time I called, I was in that day or the next. She works incredibly hard, and while she is efficient, I never felt like she was aloof or not giving me the time I needed. It was also the first time I'd ever been given any explanation for what was happening to me, and after years of being told to "take vitamins" or handed different medications with no further evaluation, it was truly eye-opening to see what a good doctor is. During a period when I was dealing with ongoing illness, I had seen other doctors who were not able to help me effectively, and that's when I found Dr. Schwartz-- even as a new patient, I was scheduled right away and I have to say I have never seen a doctor work so fast to help me. She scheduled all of the necessary tests immediately and took great care to find the right antibiotic for me, after having had reactions to other treatments. I was amazed, I had really never experienced anything like that in my life. Not only that, but I was embarrassingly emotional about my health during that time, and Dr. Schwartz's demeanor was exactly what I needed. She was honest and blunt about what needed to be done, but kind and reassuring that everything would be resolved. As a young adult dealing with health issues I never thought I'd have, it made an enormous difference. I got sick again later on, which turned out to be another throat infection. I called and she got me in just a few hours later, and she let me know that when I was better I would need my tonsils out. When I asked for the surgery to happen as soon as possible, she made it happen. There were complications with my insurance that would have prevented the surgery from happening, and she worked extremely hard to get it resolved in time for me. I mean I literally watched her fight for me, it was practically a miracle. I had never had a surgery before, and I went in feeling completely secure, hardly nervous at all, because I knew I was in good hands. The surgery went very well, as did my recovery- she was very thorough and let me know beforehand all the things to do and not to do. She later told me that my tonsils were completely covered in scar tissue from the amount of infections I'd had, yet it still went perfectly thanks to her. We had follow-up visits after, and while I normally hate medical visits, I was always glad to see Dr. Schwartz. When I left my final follow-up, it felt like saying goodbye to a friend. It is so evident that she cares so deeply about her patients, and that combined with her incredible work-ethic and thorough knowledge and experience in her field, really makes her stand out as a medical professional. Dr. Schwartz made a huge impact in my life and my health, and I recommend anyone looking for an ENT to go to her, you could not be in better hands.

I asked why everything couldn't be done in one visit, and I was told it was "for insurance purposes." It felt very misleading, and I later realized this likely meant they were trying to bill my insurance twice instead of once. That was enough for me to decide not to return. Fast forward to this week--I started receiving a bill for a "no-show fee." I had canceled the appointments when they called to confirm, yet I'm still being charged.
