They did not have a good selection of soap/lotion pump bottles and table place mats but we got a wide assortment of other bathroom & kitchen & storage items that we needed. It's a bit overwhelming. Rows and rows and rows of chairs, wall decore, jars, paintings, pillows, rugs and so much more. You could easily spend a few hours checking out everything. There were a few sales going on. 20% off rugs and 50% off red tagged items. I personally didn't think the items in thier store were junky and cheap. Thier stuff was like any other store that sells home funishings. I bought a few things and all was good. I'll be back to browse longer. read more

Otherwise, as scribed in some other reviews, one should enter this store with a good pair of walking shoes and plenty of time on their hands... My better half was looking for two items - we ended-up there about an hour, as it is easy to get distracted! Great place lots of different items to choose from

This is a strange place that I will never go to again willingly - my wife wanted a patio table of which there were many. During this visit, I heard a man (I assume is a manager) berating staff, telling them they needed to sell this stuff. Then a woman, who claimed to be a manager, confronted us - that is the best way I can describe it - I think she may have been asking us if we needed assistance but she was so obviously hostile we were both stunned. Personally, I have no idea how this place stays in business but it seems there is a demand for a huge amount of cheap stuff here. I am only rating the staff here not the stuff. read more

This store is not lacking in inventory. Rows and rows of packed shelves with many different items on them. honestly can not see all their product due to the stuffing of shelves. Very many wall hangings that are displayed on walls or on the shelves. if you are looking for a wall hanging and it's not on the wall-good luck as you have to rifle thru the ones on the shelves. keep in mind they are all different. the store is clean. when you check out it will take a minute as there is one cashier and the line is normally 8 deep. But i must say the customer service was very good. I purchased some fall items that were on clearance. there was an item mixed in with the items that i did not know was not on clearance. the cashier rang it up and i paid for all. that is when i realized the bill was too high. She immediately credited me back the purchase. read more

This store has the BEST customer service hands down. The sales people, the managers the warehouse people are amazing. They make you feel like they want your business ( a true thing of the past in most service areas). I highly recommend shopping here. They also have very fair prices. read more

I wish the sign on their door indicated what was going on inside, regarding safe distances and masks, but, sadly, it did not. Many customers had no masks, or were wearing them wrong or from their pockets, and mask wearing seemed to be optional for the staff as well. I will go elsewhere. read more

So excited to have At Home finally open! Prescott, AZ was in desperate need of reasonably priced home accessories! While you won't find much fancy here, you will find plenty of inventory (especially rugs and outdoor furniture!) to choose from. I know I'll be coming back here for household needs-it's a huge facility, about the size of a Home Depot! The only drawback I've seen thus far is the lack of sales associates out and about the store. Bought a large mirror and the hooks ripped out of the back, same day bought a patio umbrella that was made of cheap nylon and for a three-return trifecta, a comforter set had concealed damage. After multiple trips to return, a nice manager offered us 25% off on anything we wanted that night. Good come-back, but I will limit my purchases there to only things that are obviously okay, like drinking glasses, etc. read more

Finally went and checked out this gigantic new home goods store. Was entirely underwhelmed. Everything in the place Made in China, junky, poor quality. They had the tackiest Easter display by the front entrance, which was a poor 1st impression, IMO. I honestly don't see how it can last when you can get stuff in the same quality range for half the price at Ross. As a newcomer to Prescott, I used to love going into At Home to search for new things for my house. But recently they have added some very smelly perfumy things to their inventory and they are hanging all over the store. I think maybe they are those powders that you vacuum up? I can't get close enough to actually see what they are because they smell so bad. Now when you walk in the store the smell assaults you and you can't get away from it no matter how you try. This is the reason I also won't go into bed bath and beyond. It's sad but I can't go into the store anymore. If you don't mind smelly things it's a great place. read more

Huge inventory. Great pricing on most items, however one must realize low pricing usually comes at the expense of high quality. Most items in this store are made in China and are of average to lower quality. I have found many items here that work for my purposes, ie. Look nice on a wall or have a nice appearance. I don't always need high quality product if I am looking for a low use product that has a High quality appearance. Therefore I realize this store caters to that specific business model. So I cannot fault them for that. If I wanted a high quality product built in the US , Germany or Japan I would be shopping in a different store, so for the type of products this store offers, it does a good job of it. I would have given five stars, but it's hard to find help here unless you go up to the checkout and ask for it. Otherwise, awesome selection of all sorts or products, and I have no problems returning products as long as I have the receipt and don't wait too long to return. read more

Great place to find trinkets and low prices on some things such as garden pots. Garden items are reasonably priced. Chairs for the dining room are made in China and are not level on ground and poorly made. Staff told us many customers have made same complaint about furniture. Big selection of decorative throw pillows for a good price. Worth a look if looking for accent pillows. If you are looking for lamps expect to purchase everything separately. The base, the shade, the harp and finnial all sold separately. I would rather shop at Ikea or TJ Maxx. read more

Well I think the store inventory is fine, so much to choose from, however, being so large you cant find anyone to help you. I have been in the store 3 times this week and the cashier line was at least 10 people waiting and once I walked out as I could not wait. I asked if someone could help me reach an item in a top shelf and was told someone would be coming. No one came and I had to get a mop to knock the item off the shelve and almost hit my head. I go to the casher (only one there) and there was only one woman in front of me so I'm thinking this is good BUT she is helping the woman put batteries into a whole bunch of stuff she bought and now the line was 10 people. I asked to see a manager and was told she wasn't in but there was an assistant. He looked scared to death and I told him I loved the store and I would hate to see it go under but whoever is in charge of running this place should be fired. The assistant said he was new, place is understaffed and that some of the staff there could not multitask. He also said he was due to be on lunch. That says it all!! read more
