This is not an easy review to write because it means revisiting one of the hardest days of my life, but I want it to speak to how grateful I am to Dr. Kuty who helped us through. Dr. Kuty took time to ask about Milo's history, which became an unexpected moment of reflection that helped me pause the heartbreak, even if just briefly. She was gentle, patient, and came across as an experienced professional who genuinely cared. They went above and beyond in so many ways like offering to notify Milo's veterinarians on my behalf so I wouldn't receive difficult emails in the future and providing grief resources. In the final moments, Dr. Kuty was sympathetic and careful, giving me the time and space I needed to say goodbye. I really thought Milo would never die and I tried so hard to keep her healthy. If you're facing this same impossible decision, I wholeheartedly recommend this company. They will support you with compassion and respect every step of the way.

    Our favorite girl, Rooney

Words cannot express how deeply grateful I am to Dr. Kuty and her team for the care and compassion they showed our beloved Rooney. After her long and courageous battle with kidney disease, she passed naturally from kidney failure just an hour before our scheduled appointment. Dr. Kuty still came to support us with the cremation services and, with such kindness, fully refunded the euthanasia. She brought a soft blanket and a basket for Rooney to rest in--such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that brought us comfort during an incredibly difficult time. Afterwards, she even sent us a beautiful, heartfelt card. Thanks to Dr. Kuty, Rooney's final moments were met with tenderness and dignity, and we will always be grateful for the comfort she gave us during such a painful loss.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Maria Kuty. She made a very sad situation much more bearable for my family. She took her time with us and the procedure and treated our dog with dignity and compassion. She was referred to us by a friend, and I am so grateful that she was available at this important time. I would highly recommend her services if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to put a loved pet to rest.

I think we all wish we never had to use this type of service, putting aside the circumstances and painful experience of losing our fur baby Rocky. The whole experience was as pleasant as can be, from the initial phone call to the scheduling and actual appointment. The phone staff answered all my questions and the day of, Maria texted me giving me an ETA. Once she arrived, she explained everything to us and gave us all the time that we needed throughout the whole process. The day after she sent a text to see how we were doing, a few days later she sent an email with grief support information and even mailed us a card sending us her condolences. This was the best experience we could have had, given the circumstances and our sweet boy when peacefully in his own home surrounded by all the people that loved him. Stop looking, this is the one! Thank you so much Maria for everything! Our boy is no longer in pain and we get to hold him and his memories close to our heart.

This is way over due to write a review here as my 15 years old Husky passed away last summer. He was my Best Friend and Partner in Crime who has been with me since he was 3months. It was a difficult decision for me especially when my husky still had a puppy heart and there will be days he looked fine. I knew it was about quality of life, and my husky was holding on for me. He didn't want to go either and kept fighting it to be the warrior dog he is, but he knew he had to go. I even saw the tiredness in his eyes and his body giving up but his strong will and spirit was still a fighter. Trusting someone was very difficult to help him transition over the rainbow.. I wanted my husky to be surrounded with love and comfortable without being rushed and just relaxed peaceful environment giving time to say goodbye.. I found Dr. Kuty on my own researching and reading her reviews and talking over the phone with her. I just felt right choosing her, and energetically. When she came over she really respected everyone's space and my husky, you can feel her sincerity compassion and only gave a go when you were ready to confirm with her. She will check in with you first. Gave clear instructions and communicated what was happening and the whole process. She respected our time to say our goodbyes, making sure everyone has a chance to spend quality time and say their last goodbyes as well his friend- Golden Retriever that came into the room. I have my husky his favorite special treat before he went to sleep and gave me one last kiss goodbye. My husky didn't even try to run away from Dr. Kuty as he knew what was going on and I was prepping him knowing he was being super spoiled, so many guests coming by to say their goodbyes.. dogs are so smart. My husky has a huge separation anxiety but his final day he didn't seem like he was anxious as Dr. Kuty presence has him calm. I think I know why it took me one year and a half to write this review as I still grieve taking me back to memory lane of my husky last day was hard to write this. But for those who have to go through this, wanted to share that you're not alone. I couldn't recommend Dr. Kuty enough. She was a great support, and made everything very smooth and peaceful. She even followed up after checking in how I'm doing. ~Lanie

This was our second time calling Dr. Kuty, she came to our home about two and a half years ago to help us say goodbye to one of our beloved cats, Luke. So, as soon as I knew we had to say goodbye to his liter-mate Leia (yes, named after Star Wars siblings), I knew exactly who to call. Dr. Kuty was as amazing as she was two years ago. She was so kind, and understanding and sat with us as long as we needed to say goodbye to our beloved cat. She asked my kids if Leia had a favorite toy that they wanted to send with her, and she even gave them a tuft of her fur in a keepsake bag. I cannot praise her enough! She truly feels the loss with you as if she has known your pet as long as you have, and that meant the world to us. Even in setting up the appointment, her office staff is so friendly and understanding and they sympathize with you from the very first moment you speak with them. This is my second review for Dr. Kuty, and I really cannot say enough about her and her staff, I will forever be grateful for them and I will continue to sing their praises to anyone who needs their service.

Dr. Kuty, was Amazing! I called at 4 am. My precious Bella was declining fast due to end stage Kidney failure. She was able to be at my Home at 10am. She was patient and kind. Bella just gently fell asleep in my arms, in her home. She patiently let me hold Bella after to say my goodbyes. She also Hand delivered Bella's urn and paw prints personally to me. She truly was an Angel to me in my time of need.

Buddy's paw print included with individual cremation

As difficult as it was to make the decision to put our beloved pup down, we were still so grateful that we got to work with Dr. Maria Kuty and her wonderful team. Thank you for answering all our questions about the process, your compassion, warm hugs, thoughtful texts and handwritten card. Today marks one month since Buddy's passing but he will live on in our hearts forever. We appreciate that everyone was so kind to us during that heartbreaking time. Thank you for all you do.

She arrived at my sister's home while our family was all together surrounding our beloved Kain, while he was still with us. She right away knew how sacred and emotional this time was for us. She stayed with us while we cried and sobbed as we said goodbye. And she brought a darling gurney, with a pillow and blanket where Kain could rest in a dignified way (after he passed). She was so generous and patient with her heart and time, and stayed with us as we continued with our "memorial" time together. And when it was time for her to take Kain, she had a very beautiful and honoring space in her car for him, that touched our hearts in the most beautiful and comforting way. I received a response offering an exam appointment (which I expected), along with the soonest available opening, but no information about pricing -- not even the cost of the exam itself. I replied asking for both the exam fee and availability. They responded by booking an appointment date and time, again without answering my question about pricing. I had to follow up a third time explaining that I needed to know the cost before confirming, and I was finally told the exam would be $60, which seemed reasonable. Since it was actually my brother's dog, I sent him to the appointment. After the visit, he was quoted $1,600-$2,000 for treatment, which was unfortunately out of his budget. While that happens and isn't necessarily the issue, I was disappointed to find out he had been charged $80 for the exam instead of the $60 I was originally told. When I reached out via text, they explained they "forgot" to apply the new client discount -- something that had never been mentioned to me beforehand. They offered either a refund or to apply the difference toward future services. Since we had already found another clinic that could do the same services for around $1,200, I asked for the $20 refund back to the card. After that, I never heard back. No confirmation of the refund, no apology for the overcharge, nothing. I understand veterinary care is expensive, and it's not their fault my brother is a broke college student. But basic customer service and communication go a long way. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won't be returning or recommending this office.

From the unexpected very first phone call the day before, they patiently walked me through the process while I was extremely emotional and overwhelmed. They were calm, kind, and never rushed us. The gentleman who met us at the hospital to transport our baby was thoughtful and respectful. We chose a private viewing and cremation, and while it was more expensive than other options, I wouldn't trade that experience for the world. When we arrived at the facility early the morning of, before the viewing or cremation, we brought breakfast as a small thank you for their compassion. They were genuinely surprised (said it's never been done before), which only spoke further to the selfless care they provide. We were given a private room set slightly away from the reception area, which provided much needed privacy. The room was simple but serene, with a couch, tissues, and a infant changing table style setup. Our baby had already been peacefully laid on the changing table with a small blanket, as if he was just sleeping. Being able to close the door, take our time, hold him, talk to him, cry, and say goodbye without interruption meant everything. They then carefully explained and showed us each step and allowed us to choose how involved we wanted to be, which we deeply appreciated. The whole process only took a few hours and our soul baby was rested in a nice temporary urn while we waited for our custom one. Our requested paw prints, nose prints, and hair clippings were also ready and prepped for us. This was our second time losing a fur baby, but our first experience with this company, and I truly cannot imagine handling such a loss any other way. Highly recommend.
