Lee set we purchased is top notch. I hope this set lasts forever, but I'd be surprised if it didn't last at LEAST the next ten years. Pretty sure we are going to buy a few more pieces to round out our set!

While my husband…read morespoke with Oscar about stoves, I broke away and decided to browse the outdoor patio furniture side of the store. They have a wide variety of beautiful furniture that they offer. I came across some Berlin Gardens Comfo back slider guilders and I had a seat. I realized then and there that I must have them. If you are anything like me, I spend a lot of time in my backyard. I consider it my personal retreat. Putting nice furniture in the backyard only enhances my love for the space. We didn't have my husbands truck with us that day, so we told Oscar we would be back. They were closed for the 4th of July holiday, and they are closed on Sundays. We returned on Monday, and I was greeted by Oscar again. I told him I want two gliders, and that I was still trying to decide on the color. My husband made it, we decided on a color, purchased, and we loaded up. They even helped us by getting some cardboard to protect the chairs from the tie straps. I look forward to at least 20 years of use on these chairs, yes, that is the residential warranty.

Talbott Auctions contracted with us to sell our mother's furniture & household goods this summer,…read morebut kept pushing back the date of the estate sale from mid-summer to August, then November and then finally told us they wouldn't sell any of the items that we put in storage while waiting for the estate sale. Nice of them to let us know... Meanwhile we were paying for the storage facility, in reliance on the contract with Talbott. Oh, and they are rude & unprofessional. #NeverTalbottAuctions.

I originally signed the contract in June, and was not told that I would have to wait months, incurring storage fees for the estate during the time. I had to move everything out of my Mother's house in late July because the gated community where she previously lived, Tanoan, did not allow estate sales. I was sent an abrupt text message a few days ago informing me that for unknown reasons, Talbott Auctions would not be able to handle the estate sale. This was quite a shock, since I was looking forward to liquidating the estate and closing the book on my Mom's move and relocation into a retirement home. I had previously brought to their storefront 10 heavy boxes of books that I had hoped would be included in the estate sale. I was told that I needed to provide an address where they could be delivered. Now the boxes are sitting on my front porch and I am not sure where to store them, since all of my garage space is taken up. This is very disappointing to me and my three siblings since we have virtually no time to deal with this because of busy work and family schedules. I am sorry that I didn't do more research about alternate estate sale companies/consignment stores.

C'mon, there's gotta be plenty of Grease 2 memorabilia lying around. You couldn't give that stuff away. Instead we have a boutique that strongly competes for First Place in this highly competitive, locally-owned strip mall. This is an absolutely divine shop to find a gift for your lover, each and every item that hangs on the wall or shines on a table is clearly hand chosen and, from what I could ascertain, impossible to find elsewhere in the city. World-sourced fabrics, jewelry, sweets, coffee and eats, alongside plenty of locally derived stuff; while I shopped I was offered a taste of some absolutely delirious plum dark chocolate, ungh. Prices were on the hefty end but affordable, certainly not in the Married To The Mob range; the clearance table by the front door had some steals. My favorite products: accessories and bags made from "reclaimed" bicycle tubes. It's a small place, but there's a changing room for those that want to try on the clothing, which is intriguing (but alas no period pieces from Dangerous Liaisons). Most of the gifts were geared toward women, yet I found a few things I'd love to have as well. Overall, the next time you shop this mall wander south of Bookworks and see What Lies Beneath, er, next door.

I wish I could give negative stars…read more.. Our refrigerator went out on May 7, so we urgently needed a replacement. My wife ordered a refrigerator through Lowe's website with a promised delivery date of May 14. She even took time off work to be home for the delivery. May 14 came and went, and we were suddenly told the refrigerator would not arrive until May 26. Then it was pushed back again to May 28. Now we are being told it will not arrive on the 28th either, with no actual delivery date available. We understand the refrigerator may have been a custom order, but if that's the case, why advertise and guarantee a delivery date you clearly cannot meet? The lack of communication and accountability has been unbelievable. Corporate customer service was completely unhelpful and essentially told us we were on our own. The only positive part of this experience was the Rio Rancho store manager, who sold us a $500 refrigerator for our garage just so our family could get by. We have a 16-month-old baby and cannot go weeks without refrigeration. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever dealt with. We will never use Lowe's again.

Yes, I should have done more research, so my bad; but I did not expect a major company like Lowe's to contract with such a bunch of incompetent fools. 1. lack of communication. Didn't tell me they were permanently removing closet doors. Didn't tell me about extra $2 grand for levelling the floor. Didn't tell me about needing a plumber to reinstall the toilets. 2. can't tell time (show up 2-3 hours late, but really in a hurry on Friday evening) 3. Installation quality is adequate, but there are many things that are not up to my standards. 4. refusal to come back and fix problems. today is 4th time they are supposed to show up. Excuses include it snowed, we're busy, nobody told me. 5. damaged an antique dresser 6. did not clean up garage when done 7. rude and dismissive. I have a 1 year warranty so what's my hurry on getting the job finished. This is probably he last major home project in my life. Good thing because the stress has about sent me over the edge.
