We had already done our due diligence and searched Albuquerque mattress stores for comfort and good deals. I'm a huge fan of locally owned outlets and found America's Mattress on yelp...BOOM...Shopping. The first time we stopped in we were looking for a king mattress with an adjustable base. At other stores we had been quoted up to $5,000. That was a bit above our range, but we knew we could find something we would be happy with. Now let me tell you...if you have never been on an adjustable mattress, you are missing out. The value of raising my feet at the end of a long day...is MIRACULOUS. America's mattress delivered! They not only gave us an amazing deal but delivered on all the comfort and quality we expected. The King mattress we purchases was a Dr. Greene's, which is a line of mattresses developed by a orthopedist. This is important for me since I have hip problems. Mattresses are really a personal and subjective purchase. You just have to lay on them all and we were able to find one we loved. Since they gave us such a great deal and the salesperson was so knowledgeable and helpful, my husband refused to let me shop anywhere else for my daughter's mattress. I know we didn't get AS good a deal on her mattress, but it was exciting to trust in the quality and customer service that we had experienced before. This was the sales ladies very FIRST day and we were happy to be her very FIRST sale. She was great! They honored my military discount to boot. If you check-in, they even have a Yelp deal for a mattress set. I highly recommend! Great staff, great deals!

The capable salesman was polished and polite, but did not clearly explain the no refund policy and…read morein fact led me to believe that if I was not happy w the mattress I could return it. He said that after a certain number of days they would take it back if it was unsatisfactory, but he did not explain that I would not get a refund, only a credit. My choice was to lose $1200 or he could up-sell me a better mattress. The mattress was only comfortable in the store. After three nights it was dipping and I could feel the coils. It was a terrible choice and only then did I learn that it was my problem, not theirs- and not only that but they would charge me again to haul it away! (There was a tiny print explanation of the no refund policy on the invoice but I trusted the salesman rather than read the fine print- my bad) I ended up donating the mattress and shopping at Mattress Firm down the road, where full refunds are given for an unsatisfactory mattress. I suggest you do the same. My new mattress was delivered no additional charge (unlike America's Mattress which charges for delivery), it is foam and lightweight (not a bulky heavy hybrid that no one can move), it cost $700, and has made for blissful nights of sleep. Plus they hauled away the previous mattress at no charge.

In January 2025 part of the sofa was replaced, but not all the damaged pieces. The pieces that arrived were also damaged: scuffed fabric and panel on the back coming off. It is now April 2025 and Florentina still refuses to return any calls or provide any follow up on replacing the damaged sofa or offering any kind of discount. I will absolutely never buy another piece of furniture from this company and warn anyone in Albuquerque not to purchase anything from them. The staff were all so kind and helpful and they let us have as long as we needed to make a decision. I've never spent more than $600 on a mattress/box spring set before this, but I feel like I just made a solid investment in my sleeping future. Within 10 minutes of laying on the mattress my entire right side feels better than it has in years. I can only hope this carries over for us over the years. They use Synchrony for their credit and I like that company well enough. (Discount tire uses them too and I've never had an issue with them.) They delivered the same day and the delivery guys were just as nice as the store staff were. They were in and out in under 20 minutes, took the old mattress and box spring away and installed our new bed and frame, demonstrated the remote, and educated us on the pieces. So far, would recommend to anyone looking for a mattress!

Bright Future Futon Company is now known solely as Sachi Organics…read more ------- If there is a place in the Albuquerque area to purchase your futon and futon accessories, bed frames, etc., Bright Future Futon Company is the place to go. Almost a year ago, my husband and I bought our futon here. Being futon aficionados, we continue to love it! The owner and staff are genuine futon experts. They only carry top-notch furniture, including synthetic futons for those who are allergic to cotton. Futons are not something you should purchase just anywhere, because most futons out there are flimsy, watered-down versions of the real thing, which won't hold their firmness for long or are made with inferior materials. Update: My husband and I recently went to Sachi Organics to have small throw pillows for our couch made. We had these pillows made with flax seed and they come with their own slip covers made of organic, non-bleached canvas. The proprietors, though busy, made these quickly and skillfully.

We drove 4 hours to visit Sachi Organics and test out an organic latex mattress. We were there when the store opened and we were educated about SO's products. We went to lunch, came back and began testing out mattresses and pillows. After 2 more hours of education, conversation and lying around on different combinations of bedding we made our selections. A king Dunlop triple layer (medium, firm, medium) mattress. A king wool mattress topper. 2 rejuvenation pillows. 2 wool pillows. 6 months later we are sleeping through the night, waking up refreshed without being stiff and sore and ready to say we will never buy another type of bedding. Sachi Organic products are incredible and an great value because they will serve you better and longer than any other type of bedding. If you want a great mattress contact Sachi Organics!

Then we tried the Denver mattress brand one and after laying on almost every bed they had in the store we chose their name brand mattress. What sold me was the 4 month trial period! That took almost all the hesitation out of us both. It's been about 2 weeks and so far so good. Would recommend this company for anyone looking for a good mattress with a 4 month trial period.

We were looking for a high quality mattress and they took the time to answer our questions (a lot of them) and to explain clearly the differences between different brands and products. I purchased a mattress from a known name furniture store during the big labor day weekend sale (best time to buy right!). Hubby needed a new mattress due to some major spinal issues and upcoming spinal surgery for extruded disk in T9 & T10, which I told the sales person it was important we get it delivered asap. The one we tried out on the floor was NOT the mattress we were sent. We were sent an EXTRA FIRM mattress. The one on the floor we tried out was a medium. Apparently there is a one digit difference in the medium and extra firm SKU number. The sales man said we would get delivery of the mattress the following WED (9/6/23)... well that didn't happen. Supposedly the truck was full and we got bumped to Friday... again we were told truck was full and then told we wouldn't get delivered until 9/12... We purchased on Sunday 9/5/23 Hubby tried sleeping on it the first night and got no sleep. I talked to assistant manager about the mattress issue and he said he would talk to the manager when he got in from vacation and would call me to let me know if they could do the exchange BEFORE the 30 day sleep guarantee. No call and so I decided I need to get my husband a mattress before 30 days! This go around I wanted to shop local so went to America's Mattress store in Rio Rancho. I called and let them know what was going on and Noe said don't worry we will take care of you. So I stopped by after work and told them hubby liked the medium hybrid mattress. Nadine showed me a couple and then due to what I shared about my husband's back suggested an adjustable platform. They made me a deal I couldn't refuse and because I liked them I bought me an adjustable platform as well! I just wish I had bought my mattress from them last year! Then we needed delivery. Noe and Nadine worked with me to ensure we got delivery the next day! Remarkable! Especially because we live in the Jemez mountains and their warehouse is in Abq off of Jefferson. Delivery was on time Saturday 9/16/23 within the window they said it would be and the guys set everything up for both beds. Absolutely a GREAT experience and will be the place I choose to spend my hard earned money when I need another mattress and/or pillows - they have a great selection of prime pillows! I will also happily refer them to co-workers and friends when I hear they are in the market for a mattress!
