The staff were all so kind and helpful and they let us have as long as we needed to make a decision. I've never spent more than $600 on a mattress/box spring set before this, but I feel like I just made a solid investment in my sleeping future. Within 10 minutes of laying on the mattress my entire right side feels better than it has in years. I can only hope this carries over for us over the years. They use Synchrony for their credit and I like that company well enough. (Discount tire uses them too and I've never had an issue with them.) They delivered the same day and the delivery guys were just as nice as the store staff were. They were in and out in under 20 minutes, took the old mattress and box spring away and installed our new bed and frame, demonstrated the remote, and educated us on the pieces. So far, would recommend to anyone looking for a mattress!

Bright Future Futon Company is now known solely as Sachi Organics…read more ------- If there is a place in the Albuquerque area to purchase your futon and futon accessories, bed frames, etc., Bright Future Futon Company is the place to go. Almost a year ago, my husband and I bought our futon here. Being futon aficionados, we continue to love it! The owner and staff are genuine futon experts. They only carry top-notch furniture, including synthetic futons for those who are allergic to cotton. Futons are not something you should purchase just anywhere, because most futons out there are flimsy, watered-down versions of the real thing, which won't hold their firmness for long or are made with inferior materials. Update: My husband and I recently went to Sachi Organics to have small throw pillows for our couch made. We had these pillows made with flax seed and they come with their own slip covers made of organic, non-bleached canvas. The proprietors, though busy, made these quickly and skillfully.

We drove 4 hours to visit Sachi Organics and test out an organic latex mattress. We were there when the store opened and we were educated about SO's products. We went to lunch, came back and began testing out mattresses and pillows. After 2 more hours of education, conversation and lying around on different combinations of bedding we made our selections. A king Dunlop triple layer (medium, firm, medium) mattress. A king wool mattress topper. 2 rejuvenation pillows. 2 wool pillows. 6 months later we are sleeping through the night, waking up refreshed without being stiff and sore and ready to say we will never buy another type of bedding. Sachi Organic products are incredible and an great value because they will serve you better and longer than any other type of bedding. If you want a great mattress contact Sachi Organics!

I purchased a full-size mattress from Mattress Firm in late May 2025. When I tried out the bed, it…read morewas in a frame--which, of course, is typical for a mattress store--so I didn't know that what I bought was "low profile." While the mattress itself initially seemed comfortable, I've encountered a frustrating practical issue: finding fitted sheets that actually fit a 6-inch low-profile mattress is extremely difficult. Standard sheets are too deep, resulting in constant bunching, slipping, and an uncomfortable sleep surface, which largely negates the comfort of the mattress. What's most disappointing is that this significant challenge of sourcing appropriate bedding for a non-standard depth was never mentioned or explained by the sales staff during the purchase process. This is critical information that would have influenced my decision, as I spent several days researching and trying to find a workable sheet solution. When I contacted Mattress Firm customer service to explain this problem and the lack of upfront information, their response wasn't that helpful. There was no apology offered for the sales oversight, nor any real effort to understand the practical bind this puts a customer in. The only solution proposed was a discount on the standard return delivery fee if I chose to return or exchange an item, which was not the best response to a problem created by a lack of transparency at the point of sale. This entire experience has turned what should have been a simple mattress purchase into a significant source of frustration and wasted time. To other consumers: If you are considering a low-profile mattress (such as a 6-inch one), I urge you to thoroughly research the availability and cost of properly fitting sheets before making a purchase. This is a practical consideration your salesperson may not highlight. I found these sheets on Amazon after a few days: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08KZF9XTG?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 To Mattress Firm: A little transparency would go a long way in ensuring people can use and enjoy the products they purchase from you without unexpected major hassles. When I tried out the bed, it was in a frame--which, of course, is typical for a mattress store--so I didn't know that what I bought was "low profile." I do, however, love my mattress, especially now that I can toss and turn at will without my sheets slipping every which way.
