We absolutely loved our experience with AT Entertainment!!! Right from the start my wife and I were very impressed with their customer service, and vast experience and knowledge. They were able to guide us from picking out the perfect combination of services we would need, to coming up with a day of itinerary, to acting as our day of coordinator during our event. We went with their Platinum Package which included 8 hours of DJ service, up lighting, and a 3 hour photo booth session. They made the ballroom look gorgeous, and our guests had so much fun with the photo booth. There DJ performance was spot on all night as they mixed up the music to keep everyone happy and dancing. During the reception we got so many compliments on how much fun everyone was having, and we have already recommended AT Entertainment to several of our friends and family. We had used A.T. entertainment for our wedding August 2017 for DJ, uplighting, and photobooth. We received a large packet to fill out including all the songs we request. After booking we heard nothing from the company until 1 week before the wedding asking for said packet . This was fine since I never tried to reach out, ask questions, etc. But I completed the packet and sent it in. The DJ called me to discuss our evening and what to expect. He mentioned the photo wall vs booth and that I was getting the wall when I booked the booth. He mentioned there was a mix-up and he would have to see about the booth. I said it was fine but really mix-up are not what you want to hear about 1 week before your wedding. We then discussed the songs for the ceremony and reception including first dance etc. He then stated he "knows how to read the crowd and will play music based on how they are responding. The day of the ceremony he arrived early, got everything ready along with his wife. She was to run the photobooth that evening. The music for the ceremony was great and we had a microphone to use during this time. But everything went down hill from here. I purchased a package which included a monogram and I did not have this. The up lighting was almost nonexistent. The DJ In fact had no clue how to read the crowd and played about 5 slow songs all night which is when most of the people actually went out on the floor. I told him we hate modern pop/rap/garbage all over the radio which is the only thing he played. He played absolutely no songs from the list I gave him. NONE!! His wife was ao crabby running the photobooth she essentially ruined the experience for all the guests. The pictures were so dark I had to ask her for extra lighting. She did get this fixed at least but they were still too dark. And to top it all off, I had bought photobooth props just to add to the items they had all they took every single item I had when they packed up. Right from when we booked AT Entertainment at the Wedding Show in Duluth we were very impressed with how customer service orientated both Paul and John were. They couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable when they were helping us put together a game plan for our venue (Grand Superior Lodge). We went with their Platinum Package which was an amazing deal that had everything we needed (DJ, photo booth, and up lighting). Paul kept the dance floor packed all night, and their photo booth was a huge success. They even put together a beautiful photo album with all of the photo strips throughout the night, and got us a digital copy of all the photos before the night was over. We had seen AT Entertainment at a friends wedding over the previous summer, so we were very excited when they were available on our date at the Wedding Show.
