After purchase,NT applied an authorization charge to our card,which is fine. I understand that that is done, and why it's done. After 10 days, a second auth. hold was placed on our card, basically rendering it useless. This is our only card ( by choice),so if we needed that card for an emergency, it was junk. After many many hours on the phone with what seemed like a good portion of NT employees, nobody would help, and nobody would transfer me to a general manager. Out of total frustration, I cancelled order. Whem I did, NT applied a third auth. hold on our card. Now there's almost 13000 dollars worth of holds on a card that doesn't even have that high of a credit limit! I get it. Things happen. But I've never been treated with such an " We dont give a dam" attitude. Customer service agents were polite, but once past them, I just felt like I was bugging them. I will never shop NT again, and certainly don't recommend. Especially for a major purchase. BE CAREFUL!!!!!

I called Napa one Friday night about my car that was not starting consistently. The man said to…read morebring it in Saturday morning, he asked for the make and model, etc. I took my car into Napa on a Saturday morning, dropping it and the keys off with a nice lady. I told her about the problems I was having, etc. At the end of the day Saturday, I called to check on the car and the lady said they had replaced that belt and everything was good. I questioned why they had done any work without checking with me first, and she was confused. She put the same dude I talked to the night before on the phone, and he told me I had brought in my car, and the replacement belt, and asked them to replace it. WHAT? I assured him I did not and explained my car's problems to him again. He got snippy on the phone, declaring he knew it was me who called him last night about that belt, and yada yada. So I went to Napa. Again, I explained to him in person that I didn't need a belt replaced in my car, that I had not brought a belt in (the lady had no idea). He was super rude and said he could easily take out a brand new belt if I didn't want it. I should have stood my ground, but my (ex) boyfriend didn't want to cause waves, and suggested maybe it did need a new belt. I insisted they mixed up the cars. Sure enough, there was an identical car (Nissan Sentra, black) out in the lot. Sorry, whoever you are, you never got a new belt in your car!! It was NOT the belt. I write this today because this morning my low tire pressure light came on, and Kwik Trip's air pump wasn't working. So I drove over to Napa, asked to use their air (big sign days Free Air, but a 10.00 fee for pressure readings or something) no problem, I have a tire pressure gauge. Or I thought I did. Nope. Ask the kid behind the counter to use one and he tells me They Don't Have a Tire Pressure Gauge. Liars, Idiots, and all around Clueless Fools. Don't bother going there. You'll probably get a completely different vehicle back.

Terrible service at prom! Hired a DJ who did no DJ ing but also neglected to play the provided…read moreplaylist which had been a collaboration of what our juniors and seniors requested. This was a huge online submission which their website provided. A generic "current" teen hits was played and the room was not read. Multiple times everyone left the dance floor but the song would still be played out. To top it off the prom royalty song was Old Town Rode ... instead of the requested Blue Moon. He felt unapproachable and like no bit of him wished to be there.

I've been doing other work up until 2 weeks ago when I got the chance to use my new hard hat. light does stay up and it just falls foward. 2 other co workers have the same problem. they won't replace light because it's a 1 year warranty even though it's only been in use 2 weeks. disappointed they would not swap it out for a new one
