We call them on a Saturday or Sunday they said they'd be out like Monday. Monday came and went no phone call. No nothing. So we call Tuesday they say they'll be out Wednesday and they'd call us when they arrived. Again nothing. I call again and again and again on Thursday or Friday. They get mad at me for calling them and finally using my secondary number. There words "if I didn't pick up your call why do you think I'd ever pick it up" well idk sense you guys already schedule and failed to come fix our well we havnt been able to shower or use any of our utilities for a whole week?!?. So then they say they'll come out on Saturday morning at 12pm and they come a whole hour before the scheduled time in which I wasn't home to help with stuff like showing them were the well is. So they finally start pulling out the well and stuff complaining about how our system is wrong and if we did such and such we wouldn't have these problems(they installed the well in the first place years back) and the whole time they gave off such a sour and hateful attitude I almost wanted them to just leave without payment and let me do it myself or call another company. All in all if you want to feel like garbage and treated as if your subhuman when all you want is to shower at home and not pay 30$ to do some simple laundry, please call graves. Thankfully I saw how they did the wiring job so maybe next time I'll just buy the wire and do it myself or get a quote from somebody else.
