They use AI to text updates. So I called and not sure if I talked to a human or AI. Someone was supposed to call me. At that point, I felt like no one was coming and was going to cancel. Then AI text came at 4:30 pm that someone was on their way. Meanwhile, someone called from their office that my monthly payments were not going through. Instead of paying cash once a year, you now have to subscribe for their services. I checked my credit card and charges had been posted and paid to them. This place is all screwed up. A technician finally arrived at 5:30 pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I had no issues with him. Sadly, this long time customer has had enough. Very poor customer service with no human interaction to resolve scheduling and financial issues.

After posting my review, Stone's insurance company immediately tripled their offer to settle in exchange for removing my negative review. I refused, because it still does not cover the cost of fixing the problems with Stone's plumbing installation. However, I wanted to share my experience so everyone knows they pay to have negative reviews removed. Take that into consideration when choosing a plumber. And if you decide to go with Stone and have problems, leaving a negative review may lead help. Unfortunately companies like Stone have figured out how to game the review system.
