I have been dreaming of new floors, doors, trims, built-in bookshelves, and closets since the day I purchased my home. The Bruckelmyers made that dream a reality and everything, from the process to the results, was better than I could have ever imagined. I knew from the get-go it would not be an inexpensive job but it was worth every penny. There were no surprises, the estimate was thorough and clear. The whole operation ran so smoothly with Reed at the helm. Reed always communicated clearly who would be at the house and what they would be doing. First came the amazing Morgan and Joe to take out the old before they could bring in the new. At the end of the work day, the house always looked better than it did when they came in! Then Derek came to install the floors. The masterful skill combined with remarkable speed was stunning. Joe and Morgan then began to install the new inside doors and jambs. When there was a miscommunication about the doors, all worry left when Reed said "Don't worry, we will get it right." And we worked out the problem in such a way that it was never a problem. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, James was crafting the most beautiful closets and bookcases at the workshop. Once Joe and Morgan completed their duties then came in the Levi's. Levi and Levi installed the masterpieces James and created in the shop. They both were so skilled and such a delight to have in the home. Everything these men worked on resulted in just simple perfection. James matched the wood grain and the Levi's matched the pieces to the home. It was seamless, flawless... their craftemanship and efficiency was literally marvelous. There is nothing these boys couldn't do and couldn't do well, from tiling to fitting trim in a crooked house, to repairing other workers errors. The only stress was in the beginning, thinking about the money that I was about the spend. But once it all started to happen, I never stressed again. This was a big job with unknowns hidden behind old floors and walls but it went so quickly, so beautifully, every meeting with anyone from the team just brought relief and results. They made a dream come true!!!!! Forever grateful.
