DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I paid $180 for…read morea screen replacement and left with a completely unusable phone. Multiple new hardware failures, a screw rattling around in my phone with no accountability, and no refund. I brought my Samsung S22 Ultra in for a screen replacement. The phone had a screen issue but EVERYTHING else worked perfectly fine, not a single issue. I paid $180 for an aftermarket OLED screen replacement. DAY 1 - FIRST PROBLEM: Picked up my phone - screen worked but immediately had "No SIM · Emergency calls only" error. Phone briefly connected to network for ONE minute, sent a text, then lost all cellular service permanently. IMEI shows up, Wi-Fi works fine, they clearly disconnected or damaged the RF antenna cable or something else during the screen replacement. Can't make calls, can't text, can't use mobile data. Wasn't like that when I dropped it off... DAY 2 - SECOND PROBLEM: Came back and told them I can't call or text. They replaced my charging port claiming it might fix the problem. Got home and phone won't charge. Charging port is all loose and floppy now. Wasn't like that when I dropped it off. DAY 3: Came back with phone that has no cellular AND won't charge. They kept my phone. I had to call them late in the day just to find out what was happening. They said "motherboard needs replaced it is coming tomorrow." DAY 4: They don't call me all day. I call them and they say it didn't show up, maybe tomorrow. Okay, very inconvenient but life happens. DAY 5: No call... again. I call them and they say it's not here, should be tomorrow. They still have my phone. DAY 6 - THE RUNAROUND: No call... AGAIN. So, I call and suddenly it's ready to come and get it. I show up and the guy tells me "it's the SIM card" I ONLY HAVE eSIM NOT A PHYSICAL SIM! Then he says "it's the motherboard." I was under the impression I waited 3 days because they were replacing the motherboard? Then he starts giving me conflicting explanations, eventually saying the phone is no good and needs replaced. Clearly taking no responsibility for all the problems they caused breaking my phone and clearly has no idea how to fix it. Then tells me "we only warranty the screen replacement" basically admitting they don't care about all the other damage they caused. I LEFT AND WENT NEXT DOOR TO VERIZON to try to reprovision the eSIM (Just in case). Verizon called tech support for eSIM and big SURPRISE, the phone SHUT OFF while she was working on it. Cellular STILL doesn't work and the screen I paid $180 to fix is now doing the same thing that I paid them to fix. They fixed nothing and broke everything else. The Verizon tech called Verizon technical support while trying to help. The support person said it sounds like internal physical damage something about legs or connectors being broken. They didn't even know about the screen replacement at that point. Then Samsung support got on the phone and said the same thing, sounds like a physical hardware problem. Multiple tech support people independently diagnosed hardware damage before even knowing this repair shop had touched my phone. Turns out the parts both Tech supports mentioned are parts that have to be removed for a new screen replacement.... Save your money, go to a professional shop. Filing BBB complaint and credit card dispute.

In short, avoid this store. They lie to your face and don't do what they say they will…read more Longer version: I made an appointment for 2pm on November 4th. When I tried to check-in I received an error and it said to talk to an associate. I checked with an associate who said no one took the appointment. I asked him to help me and he said he had other things to do and walked away. 15 minutes later I saw the store manager with a customer. I interrupted and he told me I was rude. While true, that's apparently the only way to get them to honor their appointments. After finishing with that customer the store manager, Gustavo, said he'd help me with my issues. He said he reset the PIN so I could access my account over the phone. A phone call to customer service today shows that Gustavo lied. He said he'd look into crediting my account for all of the issues I was having and contact me at the end of the day to let me know he did it. No credit, no contact from Gustavo even a week later. He lied. He said he'd have the District Manager contact me as I requested. They never did. I'm assuming Gustavo once again lied about doing this. When I asked why they didn't honor my appointment Gustavo said it was because "they were very busy". Yeah, that's why I made an appointment. And it's also not true, because a week prior to this visit I made an appointment that also wasn't honored and there was only one other customer on the paper list they used instead of doing the appointments. If I had to guess, I was probably skipped because I was there for troubleshooting instead of signing up for a new service that would give someone a commission or otherwise help their numbers. You can't trust the people who work here. Don't give them your business. Check their reviews on Google maps and you'll see that I'm not the only one who has dealt with this. The good reviews are from people buying a new phone. The bad reviews are from people who are coming in for other issues. Once they have your money they no longer care to actually provide the service they promised.

This store is like a franchise off of the real ones. I told my BF never go to a TCC store but this was close to home and he wanted to. We learned our lesson. We will never return to this store and will let everyone else know not to. We've been trying to resolve this since March and it took us emailing the CEO and he fixed it within 5 minutes because he could not believe a store would act this way. ******** Horrible customer service. Never gave us our $100 credit we were promised. Had us sign a contract and lied about it. IE we didn't even know we were signing one and refused to work with us after we got our bill that was $60 more to our surprise. They didn't have a manager for months. We eventually had to go to corporate and they were appalled at the situation and said they would give them a strike against the store and have to go in a talk/retrain these employees that are all apparently lacking in the intelligence and customer service area. If you need to go to a Verizon store stay away from this fake TCC retailer one and go to a real one with real customer service.

I cant believe people REALLY complained about this sooo much they changed the rule. Reps can no longer put the thick plastic cover on customers phones. They also couldn't set up on my friends phone in the store, which made this the WHOLE reason why this night was ruined. This is how we spent our Friday afternoon. We were in the store for about 20 minutes and then went home, we were told we could just log into our WIFI and the phone will start downloading everything (backing up) and activate right away, ok seems easy how hard can this be...... It had been about three hours on the phone with the four different reps (apple and Verizon reps), to them head back up to Verizon store again, which is another 30 min (to and from: 1 hour total) to drive to the store and back. Details: We've been on the phone to find out the number on the receipt goes to their 1-800 number, 20 mins of waiting for a rep to tell us that he can't help us set up the phone and we need to contact Apple, which Apple Rep was actually pretty amazing and helped us with the two authentication code (ONLY apple can by pass this and remove it) and then she told us we need to contact Verizon again to talk to two different reps and the last one said "head to the store" because you have a defective phone. Brand new and already having issues, we need to take this back NOW. We get into the store and ask for the manager as we could've just called in the first place to find out someone in the store knew what was going on. YEAH!! He had been there for 6 years and knew it was the SIMS card, WOW. I mean are you kidding me, could've been avoided. If someone on the phone we spoke to had this "in store experience" in the past. I was heated at this point, but we were happy there wasn't anything wrong with the phone it self. The point is the WHOLE night was ruined because we were on the phone for hours and in the store and traveling up there, just because they didn't set up the phone. OH the best part is the new download for the iphone was making my friend use the middle button and that is what made the button stop working and that is why she needed a new phone. I think the whole thing is insane, wrong, and I think someone should at least given her (me too) a free starbucks drink, from across the street for all the time we spent in the store and on the phone, but who am I to make these decisions. All because of a one in a million things that could go wrong SIMS CARD is bad!!! I don't have that good of patience with trouble shooting over the phone and would've went to the store after the first hour, but you would HOPE someone could help you over the phone. I look at us NOT being able to activate the phone in the store as an issue. I don't understand how we have to take the sims card out when talking on the phone with a Verizon rep and Apple rep, this appears to be a rep in the stores job, as they have the special tools to take it out, but if we could've activated it in the store this would've solved ALL the issues. The problem here is since the store didn't help her set up the phone it's promoting for a verification #being sent to the OLD phone and it's two phone authentication! when we spoke with the two he said he can't by pass the "two factor authenticated code" and we now have to call apple! That was about another ten min wait (not bad) until she made US pop out the SIM card, to them prompt us through a few things to get the code to send us to the same steps we keep running in! Listen the button stopped working and we paid 150 bucks out for the phone ID BC the new phone isn't set up! She was prompt with it and got is assistance however unless we called end up setting up the phone
