I was quoted about $110 for the repair and told everything would be fine unless I did high-quality photography. Their website even promises peace of mind and says devices are returned "back to normal." When I picked up my phone, I saw the speaker plug at the top was missing--something that was 100% there when I dropped it off. I mentioned it, and the girl at the help desk claimed it wasn't there. Being lied to like that was infuriating. The new screen also had a strong orange tint. I was told this was likely due to a low-quality screen--not Apple-certified. I was never told there were different screen types or options to choose from. I asked for the manager, Eddie. He claimed the missing plug wasn't important. That's false--it helps with waterproofing. I regularly shower with my phone, and without that plug, water and soap could ruin it. If I hadn't noticed, my phone could've been destroyed. The store claims to catch issues other places miss, but they didn't even acknowledge losing a part. Eddie offered to replace the plug and swap in another aftermarket screen, but not a real Apple one. If the orange tint remained, I'd have to pay another $100 for a genuine screen. I would've just bought a new phone if I knew that. I contacted corporate, but the owner refused to do anything. An employee even submitted a photo of my phone (after they lost the plug) claiming it was already missing! The entire experience felt shady. The cashier repeatedly asked for my passcode, which I refused to give. I even saw them ask for other customers' iCloud passwords out loud--total security risk. They gave me a screen protector that didn't fit my model and acted like that made up for everything. This was hands down the most unprofessional, frustrating service I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and go to a genuine Apple or Samsung store to get a device fixed and you will pay a little more, but you will have assurance and peace of mind that you will not be cheated and it will be fixed properly.

    Free phone bait and switch: I spent over $200 AND lost all documents, voice recordings,and none of…read moremy videos transferred. I give it two stars instead of one because the salesperson was kind and she apologized for the mistake. But I wont return because the district manager for Vitra (this isn't a corporate Verizon store) is a horrible leader. He has no empathy, no customer resolution skills, and no intellectual curiosity to reduce future errors or ensure quality control. He gaslighted me and took no accountability for his employees mistake. And they made him regional manager over three stores??? Im not the first person to say in reviews that he has poor customer service skills. Thankfully his employees don't follow his lead. This would have been 1 star. I went to the store to inquire about a promotion where I got a free phone. She told me it was $3 per month extra and I wouldn't have to pay for new cords, etc. 10 minutes later it was $175 upfront to include a new case. An hour later it was another $35 for a setup fee. I ended up needing a new charger because the old one doesn't work with the new S24 C cord. But most upsetting is I lost important files because she didn't advise me to take the phone with me and double check it before wiping out the old phone. She told me she looked at the old phone and confirmed everything was transferred and it was now in the cloud. Just give it time to load on the new phone. So she wiped out my old phone. 12 hours later the new phone received the data and I looked at smartswitch results. If this is what she read it does not say any videos transferred. I use this phone for a variety of important reasons and I didn't need a new phone. Lesson learned: free isn't free, and go to a corporate Verizon store, not a reseller. I'm sure I paid more for the "free" deal because of that alone. And if you see Ray, brace yourself if there is a conflict.
