I have to give it to them. New lady and New guy with experienced manager. They all did their part in helping me activate my new phone! $1500 phone at that. I had told them my experience with the other stores. They were very unhappy, especially at the "main store." Again let me state this.. NEW EMPLOYEE'S. This Lady helped me the best she possibly could. Had to have screen protector replaced in a matter of months and then the next screen protector didn't last even quite as long. Which the glass from the protector coming off cut me and dropped phone, which shattered phone screen. Store employee only said that I'm insured only for so many (2-3) replacement screens, and not for damages. Had store owner call me and say the same condescending thing, when it was a faulty product if not applied right for it to not last as long as it did for either amount of time. I said that they should at least fixed the phone and the owner said that they see no reason why they should bc it is not their problem anymore. Every text I've sent has been ignored and my matter still hasn't been resolved. And the very reason I replaced the battery in the first place is still happening, only worse - an overheating phone.
