The service is very personal and helpful, I can even speak with a person unlike service with ATT&T, sprint or Verizon when I have needed to which has been very seldom. I have had one major problem recently: ever since they added internet service (which I cannot get at my home while neighbors up the street can) my cellphone reception has decreased. I cannot even multi text from my home where I could previously. I can text though in town. I was told the antennae in my phone wasn't strong enough. This is, by the way, phone given to me by WCW when I was upgraded to a iPhone 5c with which I had consistently poor coverage at my house and none is areas I had it previously.
