I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!

I simply could not get the transfer code from Xfinity for my paid-off iPhone 13ProMax THAT DAY so Ron said, "let's just swap out a phone for you." And it was a standard iPhone 14, (much poorer camera features.) I put it on auto pay, and come to find out, I'm stuck with a three-year contract. Two years into it I still owe $1000. I am visually impaired, as I told them at the time - it was obvious. Ron said, "it's the best deal you can get," and his rude boss, Reid, finally getting back to me, belligerently kept saying "you signed a contract." He had no compassion for a mentally and physically impaired senior. If Ron Mills is working at this store that day you want to set up a business account, DON'T, find another location if you want to get a business account. MoA website says 9:00 PM. We got to the store at 8:30 PM and the doors were locked. There was an employee helping someone else who looked up and tapped his watch as to say they were closed. We tried to explain we only needed a charger and he completely dismissed us as if we weren't even standing there. So unprofessional. Horrible customer service. I would give them a 0 if I could.

Can you get a new phone and a new plan switched over from AT&T you know it's never going to be easy and they made my experience as effortless as possible. Working with Gigi, there were some small hiccups. She was extremely Patient ! Helped every way possible and resolved every obstacle that we had to face. Even towards the end when I almost had the phone in my hand, it was accidentally shipped to my house. So I had to wait a few days. She went above and beyond to take care of me and make everything right! Really appreciate her customer service and I would definitely recommend going to this location and trying to work with her.     This review is about my cracked screen for my Samsung Fold phone. I filed a claim, and the nearest…read morelocation for Minneapolis was Richfield on Lyndale Avenue. Now I know what you are thinking, I didn't have a choice of locations. I did. Three years ago for a different phone, they took care of me. With that said, I am happy to say this was my second satisfied experience. This location is north of HYW494 in a court of shops, businesses, and restaurants on Lyndale Avenue. My phone is complicated, so normally these questions are asked. Did you drop your phone? No. Was it dropped in a liquid? No. Was there anything you did to break your phone? No. It was simple, my screen cracked about 1 inch from the bottom of the fold of the phone. After filing my claim and taking it to be fixed, the uBreakiFix team confirmed the status of my phone and said this would be taken care of. I know this was a long-winded story to make sure John and Christian (uBreakiFix experts) are taken care of. Because of them, my experience was spectacular. They were kind, patient, thorough, experienced, etc. Also, they sent me a personal text with the status of my phone and when it was fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they were happy to see me and explained what they did to fix my screen. I know this sounds unreal. Why would they show so much care? I don't know.
