T-Mobile is a rip- off company. I went to their store to take advantage of an ad they sent me that…read moresaid they would pay off our phones if less than 800 each owed and give us service for about half the cost of my service now. They activated our lines for 74.20 then told me I had to payoff the phones myself and then give me the accounts with payoff so they could reimburse me sometime down the line with visa gift cards for the amount. No timeline on how long it would take. When I told them that is not the deal advertised they wouldn't transfer the refund 74.20 back to me that I had to call the customer service number. After 25 days and 3 phone calls the last one told me the truth. That they were not refunding the activation fee. These lines were never put on usage for even 10 seconds! Their customer service blatantly lied to me twice about refunding the fee.

The woman in front of me was 86- they let her stand- she was just trying to pay a bill - not be upsold. It's disgusting. The elderly man trying to keep the 2 year old with him entertained while he was just trying to pay a bill for 3 hours! Whoever makes these decisions for this store clearly has zero respect, compassion or care for their paying customers.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The sales lady kept discouraging me to make a purchase…read morestating that she hates it when customers come in close to closing time. Left me sitting twice within 30 minutes saying she needed a drink of water. She stayed gone for several minutes the first tine. The second time, while waiting for her return, I looked out the front of the store and saw her walk across the parking lot, get in her car, and drive off. I asked to speak to the manager after finding a nice sales representative who said he could help me for a few minutes. The manager listened and said the lady had asked that same male representative to help me...which was odd since I had to hunt down the other employee for assistance and he was helping another customer. Very condescending when I pointed it out.
