Do not waste your time with this place. This place is "corporate America," 100%! And that is not a compliment. I have had the unfortunate distinction of going there twice. First off, they have adopted the AWFUL DMV-like "take a number" approach. Okay, that says two things to me:
1. I should be thankful to be in their presence rather them being thankful for the $40 I spend with them every month.
2. "You and your business is not worth us serving you. You wait for our people to get to you."- Not acceptable.
First off, take your rude employee and her little handheld gadget away from the door. Let folks walk around and browse until someone helps them. Second, when I walk in, you approach me with a smile and ask how you can help me, and if no one is available, I will either wait or come back when it is not so busy. I get that you only have so many employees and people might all be busy. Get rid of that whole "take a number" approach that does NOT work in wireless sales!! (I worked it for 2 years and valued my customers). Now, I went into the store the last time I was there with an emergency- a charger tip had broken off in my phone and would not let me charge it, and so it was going to die and I needed my phone. They did the "take a number" routine which upset me right off because I am like, this is important! She pointed out (with her finger instead of walking me to it- I actually did not find it right off and looked like an idiot searching their store for it) where I could look at a charger cord to charge my phone, which would not have done any good. No other employee could be bothered and everyone ignored my existence. To make matters worse, I got skipped by another customer that walked in after me! I spoke up and basically stepped in and took over that employee, who ended up doing nothing for me, acting as if I was not next in line. I left receiving no help or apology for the rude service, and no one even tried to make my experience better. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN! I would rather wait an hour on hold for CS with their call center than deal with rude people like that again! read more
