Just wow. Have 3 hours. Twice in one week / it's not a fluke. The employees are kind and helpful that's not the problem. They took away their bill kyosk so if you're trying to pay a bill you have to talk to them so they can try to sell you something. There aren't enough employees. They took away chairs so you'll be uncomfortable standing and possibly not wait? I was there with someone that had a newborn but they felt he should stand there for 3 hours because their upsell is more important than his baby. The woman in front of me was 86- they let her stand- she was just trying to pay a bill - not be upsold. It's disgusting. The elderly man trying to keep the 2 year old with him entertained while he was just trying to pay a bill for 3 hours! Whoever makes these decisions for this store clearly has zero respect, compassion or care for their paying customers. read more

I'm leaving a rate of 1* only because 0 is not an option! Paducah Xfinity store has the worst customer service I have ever ran across in any town!! This store has cancelled my phone number, supposedly accidentally, has screwed up our services, caused us great legal distress by creating false accusations. After canceling their services & going back week later to make sure they were paid in full, 8 months later they turn us into collections for a bill we never received and were told we had paid in full. Their rates continued to go up but their customer service continues to go down. At this point they couldn't pay me to have their service again. I'll do without phone or internet before being treated as poorly as I was by this store. read more

Not a good idea making your customers stand outside in the heat waiting to talk with a service manager.

I have been trying since JULY to get them to fix our account. They credited 2 of our payments to the wrong account. Yet they keep threatening to stop our services. I took all the paperwork to the local office and they agreed then said sorry we cant do anything with billing and gave me a card with an automated number to call. I have called it 6 times. I have spoken to 4 different reps 2 of which laughed. One said that it was taken care of. I have emailed all the information to the corporate number they provided. Last month online it said we were good now all of a sudden the "late balance" is back on my account. This is horrible business. Horrible. We are investing other resources to help. read more

Can't speak with a real person. Robot won't let you explain issues. XFINITY TO GO is a LIE! Can't even step on back porch or they throttle down WiFi signal. Can't watch "in home" in my own yard. Xfinity is a dishonest company. read more

This place makes their own hours and their own rules--do not trust what you're told or what may be posted. I came three times trying to get new service (because no one else provides internet in my area) and was told three different things. Months later still don't have service. Tried coming back another evening to try again--20 minutes before closing and they've already locked the doors. There are people inside. They see me at the door and a rep comes to the door TO CHECK ITS STILL LOCKED. Won't make eye contact, won't say anything. Just has the "F-you" attitude, as if "we know you have no other option so we can be as horrible as we want to customers." read more

Xfinity will be great until your annual deal is over and then they block you on every platform there is! My call wouldn't even go through when I tried calling and changing my plan that went from $64 to $200 a month! I couldn't sign into my account and even the link they gave me through text when they took my money would say page not available! I screen recorded all of it and all the xfinity worker said was that he never heard of that before. They could care less about you and will block you so you literally have to go into the store. read more
