I would give them zero stars- if I could. I visited this store they were so racist. They told me that my account had a fraud hold on it. Just because of my color after making a phone call to Verizon. Come to find out, there was not a fraud hold on my account at all they just created one. They just didn't want me as a person of color to have anything from their store. this is saddening. I will never visit this store again. The store manager came out and lied directly to my face. I wish people in the world wasn't like this, but that's just the way it is. I was hurt, but God lifted me back up and continued my day on with blessings. Thank you Verizon for letting me know how you feel about people of color. Absolutely horrible customer service. The sales lady kept discouraging me to make a purchase stating that she hates it when customers come in close to closing time. Left me sitting twice within 30 minutes saying she needed a drink of water. She stayed gone for several minutes the first tine. The second time, while waiting for her return, I looked out the front of the store and saw her walk across the parking lot, get in her car, and drive off. I asked to speak to the manager after finding a nice sales representative who said he could help me for a few minutes. The manager listened and said the lady had asked that same male representative to help me...which was odd since I had to hunt down the other employee for assistance and he was helping another customer. The Verizon employees couldn't have been nicer. When I walked in the door, Kristen quickly offered to help. When my iPad had unusual issues, Kristen got help from Lilly. Eventually Brad and Tory jumped in to help and solve the problem. A superb staff, and I thank them! read more

From the moment I went in, I was treated like I was not good enough to be in their store. They went above and beyond to help literally everyone else in the store while treating me like I was not worth their time. There was an issue that was trying to be resolved so that I could purchase a phone and the entire time I felt like their staff did not want to help me. They wouldn't speak to the Verizon customer service rep on the phone who was trying to resolve the issue. The manager and two of the employees went in this little back hallway area (even though I could still see them) and basically talked about me in front of me. After wasting over an hour of my time, I ended up leaving without purchasing anything even though the issue was solved where I could purchase a phone. I should have left from the start, but I really wanted to just get a new phone and go. Unfortunately for me, I sat there and was belittled for over an hour and I left empty handed. On the flip side, their store/employees rude attitudes cost them well over $1300 in sales today! The employees of this store and their douchebag manager can get bent. Absolutely terrible customer service. I walked in got stared down. Finally a lady came to me and asked what I needed I said I was wanting to talk to her about trade ins. She said very rudely "upgrades" and told me to go online, basically I took that as she wanted me leave. read more

I entered the store twice tonight and both times left furious. I got a new IPhone 5 for Christmas and simply wanted a sim card to activate my phone. No one could help and no one seemed to know what they were doing. After my fiance and I were talked to like idiots we left for good. I was so fed up with this store and it's staff. read more
