So Ive gone to here back and forth…read more I would need to alert that the review is a combination of Verizon wireless itself and the store. So the store is limited as to what it can do for a customer eventhough it is a corporate store. Verizon service is not up to par. I was told that I needed to purchase a new phone because my phone was not keeping service after several times on the phone and visits to this store. I purchased a new phone to have it do the same thing. Poor service and dropped calls. Verizon service has declined tremendously. I am stuck in 3 years basically or pay out $900. Its really nice folks in the corporate store but be mindful you could be sitting waiting awhile before seen. I dont know what company is better but Verizon doesnt seem like the company for me.

I would like to see better communication and consistency between Asurion and Verizon Wireless…read moreretail regarding phone drop-offs. It's extremely frustrating to receive both an email and text message confirming that I'm able to drop off my phone, only to receive different information when I arrive at the store. The back-and-forth communication creates unnecessary confusion and wastes customers' time. I understand that policies and procedures may vary, but the information provided to customers should be accurate and consistent across all channels. Please work on improving the communication between Asurion and Verizon Wireless retail so customers receive clear, reliable information before making the trip to the store. This would make the overall experience much less frustrating.

I would like to commend the Best Buy store located in Owings Mills for one of their outstanding…read moreemployees named Demetrius. He was so great at helping me pick out the right iPhone case and screen cover for my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I've had this phone for 3 years that I bought in New England and knew it was time for a new case/cover. I wasn't sure where to shop since I'm new to Owings Mills, so I checked out Best Buys. Not only did Demetrius help me with what I needed, but he patiently installed the case and cover for me (even when I picked out the wrong size). He's a real asset to this store and to your company. As a 75 year old man, I truly appreciate it when a young person takes the time to help someone who is not tech savvy. Five stars for this young man...keep up the great customer service Demetrius because you're going places. Thank you, Bishop William F. Fuller, Jr., D.Min.

He did half of his job, and should have called their internal office to communicate the problem, but as he observed other possible customers coming in the store, rushed my service and pretended that he had done something. He gave me my account # ( which I already had) , created a temporary pin so he could access my account, printed up old bills (as a parting gift) and gave me a phone number to call so that "the office" so they could complete the bill adjustment process. I tried to be patient with "ART" during our interaction, and came away with that he either does not know his job, or since he wasn't making a commission on me , he was rushing me out of the store without helping me. I went home and called T-mobile at the number that he gave me, and found that it was the main customer service number ! I was advised to go back to the store so that "ART" or someone could open the account and call them. I did not go back to this location as "ART" would not have become any more competent in his job position in two days. I have been with T Mobile for many decades, and do not recommend them due to their poor customer service training and their inability to service their customers. My advise find another cellular carrier.
