Service…read morewas cancelled and my sons line shut off and ported to get a free phone at at&t who coincidentally owns cricket. The remaining two lines have zero service but are still active. Chat told me to go to the store with my id. Both my husband and I went. Rep realized it was sim swap porting scam. Rep went in circles for 3-4 hrs with ppl in a diff country which is compromising enough seeing as we are dealing with sensitive information. Cricket refused to close my acc or help in anyway. My bank even called them. Everything leads back to needing a pin that was stolen. We had also just paid 118 for the month no refund. Was told they prob just wanted a new phone. Soon my credit was showing hard inquiries. Froze credit, filed police report, filed with ftc, notified bank. Soon found that synchrony paypal issued said person a master card, pay /later and all the other crap they offer. Had to call them twice both times totaling over an hour. Again foreign support handling sensitive data. Do not deal with cricket. And i suggest not using wallets or autopays or two steps. These companies cannot protect you.

My ordeal began with an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. From that moment, my account became entangled in an unimaginable mess. Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault.The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray.For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened.My patience has been stretched to its limits. All I seek now is an end to this ongoing nightmare. The lack of resolution, accountability, and compensation for my troubles has been deeply disheartening. It's difficult to reconcile this experience with the years of loyalty I've shown to Cellular Sales.     I brought in a Samsung s4 cell phone in about a week ago for repair, not expecting a positive…read moreoutcome as three technicians around Knoxville had already viewed the phone and diagnosed a complete motherboard failure and no possibility of repairing the phone. The little shop had three customers ahead of me, so I waited. When I met with the technition, I described the phone's behavior and stated that if the repair were a lost cause, I was not interested in paying a $50 fee to confirm that the phone was in fact broken. He assured me that if he could not fix it, I would not be charged. There was a cue of laptops to repair ahead of mine, so he stated that it might take a while to get to mine- first come first serve. I left the phone with him. I couple hours later i got a call that the phone was fixed. I picked up the phone, and while paying for the repair I asked how this might have been avoided. He sold me an SD card, and guided my adjustment default saving to the card instead of the phone's hard drive. While I can never be guarantees that no failures will occur, at least now I have the photos and contacts saved to SD and easily removable. I thought this was excellent service and this is where i will return in the future.
