Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault.The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray.For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened.My patience has been stretched to its limits. All I seek now is an end to this ongoing nightmare. The lack of resolution, accountability, and compensation for my troubles has been deeply disheartening. I brought in a Samsung s4 cell phone in about a week ago for repair, not expecting a positive…read moreoutcome as three technicians around Knoxville had already viewed the phone and diagnosed a complete motherboard failure and no possibility of repairing the phone. The little shop had three customers ahead of me, so I waited. When I met with the technition, I described the phone's behavior and stated that if the repair were a lost cause, I was not interested in paying a $50 fee to confirm that the phone was in fact broken. He assured me that if he could not fix it, I would not be charged. There was a cue of laptops to repair ahead of mine, so he stated that it might take a while to get to mine- first come first serve. I left the phone with him. I couple hours later i got a call that the phone was fixed. I picked up the phone, and while paying for the repair I asked how this might have been avoided. He sold me an SD card, and guided my adjustment default saving to the card instead of the phone's hard drive. While I can never be guarantees that no failures will occur, at least now I have the photos and contacts saved to SD and easily removable. I thought this was excellent service and this is where i will return in the future.

Next day I get a message saying they canceled it due to my credit card declining the charge. It's a $25k credit card with no balance. After an hour and talking to 6 people I get told "your card will not longer work at Electronic Express as it's been blacklisted" After 1 attempt? TF? So I try a new card and guess what...same thing. Both AMEX and Capitol One cards are now deemed as "unsafe" by their merchant. Their customer service department as a business is awful. It's like they're trained to be pissy and hate their jobs. Oh and except buying online there is no way to get the original $760 purchase price. I was told by Mr. Sassy Tude at the Oak Ridge store that it was "not possible for him to give the online price". Went to Home Depot. Used the same card. They price matched.

Anyway,Electronic Express in Oak Ridge TN had the fridge in stock and I was able to order and get it delivered within two weeks. The delivery was great although there was a piece of trim missing they were able to get it to me within a week. So overall very happy and pleasantly surprised at the inventory and delivery.
