I have dealt directly with Scott Foss the manager several times. Initially he was professional but grossly undertrained in simple tasks like porting over a phone from another provider. As things progressed over a couple months he is still undertrained on issues as simple as understanding and explaining a monthly phone bill. Very disappointing to see this from a "manager". Oh I almost forgot a biggie! Near zero customer service skills when things aren't going his way. On two other occasions I witnessed his inability to handle customer service issues and watched Scott shouting at customers and escorting them out of the store. In his defense both customers were a bit out of line but certainly did not deserve the treatment they got from Scott. All on a bunch of cameras in the store for upper management to see. read more

I opened a new account with AT&T several weeks ago. Unfortunately, this was the most unprofessional and disgusting interaction I have ever had in business in my entire life. The evening after my visit the representative, Terrence, contacted me on my personal number with what he described as his personal phone. He then proceeded to make several sexual innuendos which I did not reciprocate and then proceeded to share unsolicited pictures of his genitals while making foul remarks. I took screenshots of the entire conversation and gave them to his manager, Nikki, who assured me that he would never trouble me again. Roughly a week later, I received what felt like a threatening message from Terrence around 1AM asking if he could "trust" me. He stated that he knew where I lived. I reported this as well with assurances that AT&T would handle this issue. I drove by the store today and saw that he was there, working. AT&T does not care about customers or their safety. I am now considering legal action against AT&T for sexual harassment and emotional distress. BEWARE!!!!! read more

In the past, the service has been attentive and expert. Today, it's a mess. It's not just understaffed: the staff disappears into the back with twice as many Customers in house. 2 employees. 12 Customers. At least a dozen have left. I went in because my iPhone wasn't turning on. All the guy wanted to do was sell me internet and cable services. I just wanted my new phone to work. He gave me a phone number and sent me on my way. I came here on a Sunday afternoon, and the employee that dealt with me was extremely unprofessional and rude. I had come in because I had broken my phone and needed to make an insurance claim in order to get a new one. It took about 30 minutes for me to be acknowledged and helped, and when this employee helped me she was the least bit interested in helping me. She gave me an attitude when I did not remember my account password and was scrolling through her Instagram as she was "helping" me. Worst of all, she was most interested getting another employees attention. As we were sitting at the table, she kept on saying to another employee close by, "crackhead, what do you want to get for lunch" and "crackhead, what are you doing". Why are interested in this other employee instead of interested in helping a paying customer? read more

My wife and I went in to upgrade her iPhone. We only wait about 5 minutes before Brenton was able to help us. His service was great. There was no high pressure to purchase other merchandise. He was able to answer all of her questions and was very knowledgeable about the new phone. We were very satisfied with the service. read more
