Shawn took very good care of us, answered all of our questions and walked us thru the setup of our new phones

The absolute worst experience ever I brought my phone in for my trade value was given a very vague receipt stating I was only getting 220 trade value when I was told 1000 the staff member then proceeded to tell me I was a dumb ass while his manager allowed him to be very rude and nasty to me as a customer never have I ever been treated so shitty as a customer NO ONE SHOULD GO THROUGH THIS!!!! The manager on site was Jacob Kuethe and allowed Fure Uwame to treat me poorly very horribly unprofessional they told me to leave the store while I was still asking for clarification and then threatened to call the police on me I went to my vehicle called Att on the phone to ask for clarification and tell them how I was treated the rep on phone tried to call they refused to give her their name said they would call their manager themselves hung up on her then they came out told me they want me off property I wasn't doing anything to them at all just on phone with customer service then cops come the cops go in get their names for me and when the cop came back.outside to talk to me the guy Fure inside the store was dancing and jumping up and down laughing just trying to antagonize the situation was yelled at called a dumb ass and didn't ever get my questions answered by them worse time ever read more

This store seems to have intentionally taken advantage of my 85-year old parents in selling them phones they were unable to use and then charging a $45 restocking fee on a $70 phone when they tried to return them! Stay away and use a reputable store and company! I have no idea how AT&T or this store stay in business with these so-called "return policies". read more
