They said it would be quick so I waited around for 2 hours until they told me that they needed more time win the phone. I went home and then returned to pick up my phone. The repair was supposed to cost $70. However, when I got to the store... the repair "technician" told me that something went wrong and that now my phone's home button wasn't working. He said there was nothing else he could do. The "manager" Susan was horrendous, she was extremely rude and told me I still had to pay for my screen repair even though they caused extreme damage to my phone that ranged between $150-$300 to repair. I was freaking out! After much arguing, they agreed to pay the repair of my phone after I took it to Apple. I had them write out a contract so that I wouldn't end up eff-ed up after their wrong doing. This place is freaking TERRIBLE!!!! Please don't come here: their customer service is horrible, they're unprofessional and dishonest, and most importantly their parts are crappy. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.

After leaving my phone off, we went to walk around and he called us after he was done. When we receive the phone the camera was fixed but we noticed the screen was full of scratches, scratches that weren't there before so we confronted him and he reacted like he knew about it but didn't want problems with us. So all he did was clean it which didn't help but we decided to just let it go and drop the problem. But we have a feeling the guy switched our screen for the scratched up one because we remember seeing a cover right in front of him when we received the phone. I do NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE. If you do go, pay attention to what they are doing.

My phone is acting up ever since Repair Guys replaced my screen because it was cracked. I have gone back 4 times and every time Gonzalo who just happens to be there and never the owner who actually repaired my phone. Tells me he does not have time. I take it since it's warranty work and not a new sale he won't take care of me. In addition I paid the owner with CASH and stupid me did not request a receipt. The owner knows my husband and I for many years. I take them all my kids phones or buy the new screen protectors when I buy them new upgraded phones. Recently to get my phone to open a application I just tap the screen and it cracked. So this confirmed my thoughts that the screen they installed was defective. I don't want anything from Repair Guys not even the warranty work. Thanks but no thanks. I would rather pay again then have to beg someone to do the work they should of done correctly the first time around. Unfortunately they lost a customer. Gonzalo take my advise when a repeat customer comes with a compliant or a come back you need to address the problem immediately due to the fact that they are not satisfied or you have the responsibility to fix whatever is wrong even if you were not the original tech on schedule that day. After four attempts you brushed me off like I had no value as a customer. Trust me if you worked at my shop you would be terminated immediately if not sooner. Our customer are our top priority and without them we would be out of business. Good day gentlemen.
