    Tiera was the bomb.She was so helpful and very thorough.We had lots of questions and she rolled her time and answered each and every one.We walked away with a new iPhone.

    First thing first I brought my 78 year old grandmother to this store to pay her Bill. She comes out and i can tell she was upset. She said those Men in there was so rude , she said the guy asked her how May I help you and she said I'm here to pay my phone bill she said the guy said you can pay it at the machine. She said she then told him well , I don't know how to use the machine and the guy went over angrily and told her here now put your money in. She then told him I need a receipt and he yells over the from the other side of the room while he's dealing with someone else given her the instructions with frustration in his voice! She said she felt so upset and like the young men didn't care to help because she wasnt buying a phone. Now from someone who works in Customer Service , while my grandmother is telling me this in the car I immediately told her did you get his name and she didn't even wanna go back in. So I went in and as I go in all the men are at a table laughing which lets me know they were having an unrelated work conversation or a conversation about my grandmother in which she said she told one of the gentleman that the other worker wasn't nice to her. She stated the two other guy said he's the nicest man here! So I feel like my grandmother was not treated as a paying customer ! They should understand that even though getting sales are important that you should also focus on all customers who come and pay there bill! Every person should feel special. You should also understand that you have customers of all age groups so you should no how to deal with them all! Learn that when you show lack of empathy or you not showing interest in helping a senior citizen it is a form of Discrimination! No one should ever feel the way my grandmother did. She also stated that it seemed as though the guy was mad I didn't know how to work the machine ! Also each person should have your undivided attention, so if you can not give them that then maybe you should only deal with one person at a time ! My grandmother did not deserve to be talked to like she was ignorant! I love her and want people to treat her with respect ! Treat others how you want to be treated

    Worst customer service experience ever. Total incompetence and very rude personnel. Att should be ashamed to have this open and running.

So I went into the local store here in Memphis - a very welcoming space - and was welcomed in by Cheston. Cheston was awesome to work with - super knowledgeable, efficient and patient- We got a three line deal and upgraded our phones - all done pretty quickly overall. He was kind and articulate - My teen and I felt very well taken care of. Great music playing at an comfortable sound level as well - so I was able to enjoy some tunes while waiting for phone data info to transfer :) I'd definitely recommend coming here!
