The new NEX unit worked great for the first few days, but then I noticed a sporadic issue with the back-up camera integration. I called Auto Sound Specialists and despite being on vacation, John immediately ordered a replacement unit and 48 hours later actually came directly to my home to reinstall the new unit (who still makes house calls these days!). Additionally, while swapping out the defective unit, he also installed a new (better quality) back-up camera. Super impressed with the Auto Sound Specialists quality of service. According to him, the service covers either uninstalling or installing -- not both. This is not what is communicated in the description and creates a false expectation for the customer. The wording clearly suggests a complete uninstall and reinstall service, not a partial task. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. The service description should be corrected to accurately reflect what is actually included, so other customers are not misled.
