I genuinely started to wonder if I had somehow become a ghost. I toured the entire store, admired every display like it was a museum exhibit, and still... nothing. Impressive, really. It takes talent to ignore someone that thoroughly. 10/10 if you're looking to feel unseen. 0/10 if you need actual customer service. Safe to say, that was my last field trip there.

I was kindly greeted when I entered, but both employees were with other customers. I waited about 30 minutes and while still wrapping up with one of the other customers an employee asked how they could assist me. I advised that I needed to replace my damaged screen protector. The employee checked stock and advised that they did have a replacement in stock. It only took about 5 minutes for the employee to replace the screen protector. The new screen protector was FREE because I have Protection360. I left about 2:10pm. Thank you for the excellent service!
