They are trained to seek products by making g false promises including gift cards. They have horrible communications. You leave a message for the manager and he never returned any phone calls. If you go in there for 191 he said he will call back. Anytime I call. It's been two dozen phone calls I've made and they keep telling me to call back. He's with a customer or he's off that day and they act like it's perfectly natural to leave dozens of voicemail messages for the manager to call me and he never does I keep asking for the regional manager's phone number to discuss all the problems. Once they get that sale, they don't care if you've got the correct service they don't care if you do not get the gift cards they send you off somewhere else you no longer matter to them. They got the sale that's all that counted for them. Any issues or problems they will not fix it. They act with such horrible attitude that you're an annoyance to come in there and ask them to fix an obvious problem or issue that they created. read more

Switching plans and buying new cell phones is a stressful process. Companies don't make it easy to decipher billing options online. We went into the store to be sure that what we were reading online would translate to what we felt our bill should be with new phones. Even though the process was long and stressful, 5 stars go to Ryan (employee at this location) for explaining, re-explaining, and answering thousands of our questions patiently and professionally. We were also switching cell companies, so it was great to have a nice person take the time to break down every option possible. My hubby & I are "smart shoppers," so we always have lots of questions and want to know specifics about options. Ryan took customer service to the next level and fully explained everything and showed us details on paper as well. He couldn't have been nicer. A weaker employee would have abandoned us after the first hundred questions :-) If this store has an "Employee of the Month" program, Ryan earned that title on my hubby & I alone. I can't say enough for Aaron he is the most Helpful person I have ever met that works at&t to their manager is pretty good to she was on the phone for three hours with a customer support trying to clear up my problem Aaron when my house burned down and I had nothing but my Id help me replace two iPhones two iPads and two hotspots and went above and beyond anybody else would've ever done. Now AT&T itself kiss kiss my backside their customer service online and over there 611 isn't worth having they are the absolute worst company to ever have any kind of an issue where you're in the right and they're in the wrong you're gonna have to pay before they ever give and they will always win and they will hold you hostage until you pay them with the monies not even out it's their mistake and Aaron works there at the AT&T in Lake Worth is a wonderful person and the manager there is a great person can't say enough about those two people the rest of AT&T kiss my backside. I have an issue with an online order ( I said "have" because it never got resolved ). On February 27 I purchased a new phone for my wife. It was suppose to be delivered the following Monday and it never did. I tracked the order with the number AT&T provided me with and it showed it was shipped out of Irving, TX the same day of the purchase and then made its way to Fort Worth close to where I live. Sunday morning it was scanned in Memphis Tennessee. And it has been there ever since. According to the tracking. I made an appointment to speak with someone at the Lake Worth location on Saturday March 6 at 2:00 PM. The on duty manager, Carlos listened to my issue and then asked if I called FedEx, and I told him I did both FedEx and AT&T the last five days, twice or three times a day. He then proceeded to tell me there's nothing he could do since I paid for the phone our right. If I was to only have paid taxes on it he might have been able to help me. He suggested I file a claim with FedEx because they have the phone, while he was texting and trying to give me attention. When I told him it wasn't my job to track down what I paid for and was shipped out by AT&T, using their shipping partner FedEx. I am a customer who just provided you with all the information. A good manager would pick up the phone and do whatever in his or her ability to help. Don't make it sound like it's your customer's fault. AT&T has my money and I don't have the product paid for. He then suggested I call AT&T back and file a case. I walked out of there disgusted and angry. I sat in my truck in front of the store for 45 minutes talking to At&T customer service, trying again to get the problem resolved. As of today. 03/08/2021 I still don't have the phone I paid for and no refund. Waiting for theirs customer relations to call. read more

Came in to purchase a Microcell Wireless Cell Signal Booster was told to go online item is not carried in store inventor. When I asked the sale associate details on this device i.e. price, range, data usage he could no provide any. This is a common device that are in many homes and businesses it's a shame this AT&T Dealer doesn't carry them. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

What seemed to be a very good deal in the beginning has now turned into a nightmare. Andrew sold us a "Switch from AT&T" promo which he indicated that we turn in our current equipment for credit towards the purchase of new equipment and we would pay the difference on the equipment at time of sale. Also told us Verizon would pay up to $650 towards our old carriers final bill in the form of gift cards that we would receive in 2-3 weeks. Still haven't receiving the gift cards after 4 weeks, we went to Verizon to find out what the problem was. First the young lady we spoke with informed us that in regards to the gift cards, we would receive the balance after the credit from our old equipment was applied. So what was $650 is now $279. Lie #1. The gift cards take approximately 8 weeks to receive, not 2-3. Lie #2. AT&T has sent me a bill that now exceeds the $650 that Andrew said we would get, but now is $279. Moral of the story, when any cell carrier claims they will buyout your existing contract, be sure to ask all questions and require them to do full disclosure. Maybe go to another like store and ask those questions and see if stories match. Needless to say, when our 2 year contract is up with Verizon we will no longer ever be a customer again. Horrible customer service by the manager "Allen" and another sales associate by the name of "John" that claimed they didn't have business cards. Ordered a phone thru the store and sales associate told me just have it shipped home and you can activate at home. Received phone and Tried activating at home and wouldn't let me. Called customer svc and they told me to go to att store and they would help me. I got turned away at the store they said there was nothing they could do and just follow instructions that came with phone. Don't do business at this place! They are there just to make a paycheck and not help customers read more

This ATT is the worst ATT store we have ever been to! The staff is not only rude but know absolutely nothing. One rep would tell us one thing while another told us something else. It took 5 incompetent reps to answer ONE simple question which was what all was included in a bundle. After all that, we purchased the phone and come to find out, the Samsung VR goggles were not included!!! He even tried to get us to sign up for Directv and when we asked how much per month or channels/plans offered, he told me that's all on the website and that I should check it out! Wow. I would rather drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a different ATT store than this one that is close to home. If you are going to visit an ATT store DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE. Trust me the incompetency there will frustrate you!!! read more
